Willbert doesn't allow anyone into his

house not even my parents!" I heard

Annie say with a frown. Rafael was

totally calm but I could still sense fear

in him. 'How bad is Willbert that his family

members can't even visit. I thought to

myself.

The men at the gate came closer to the

car as the chauffeur had to slow down"

who are you?" A guard wearing black

spoke in a firm voice like he could kill

any intruder right now, he looked like

their leader here. "Rose.'' I said gingerly

"Oh madam, were so sorry for keeping

you waiting!" He apologized in a more

soft tone as he pressed a botton and

the gate opened. The chauffeur drove

into the large yard that had a diamond

water fountain at the center and a large

mansion in front of it. I was stunned by

what I saw. I blinked many times to be

sure I was not dreaming. Never in my

life have I seen such extravagance

before

This are the things I read in novels but I

never imagined it in real life. The yard

had different sections of gardens

containing many flowers including the

once I've never seen before. Our car

stopped in front of the mansion another

butler wearing a black well ironed suit

walked out to immediately welcome us

in.

The chauffeur got out of the car and

quickly opened the door for me. "Thank

you!" I said as I got out. We walked

towards the house "Welcome madam,

I'm Gaius the butler of this mansion!"

He introduced himself formally. "Hello"

Gaius!" I said to him "Madam you

should come in now, master is waiting

for you!" The butler bowed. "Master?" I

asked "Yes master Willbert is waiting for

you madam!" He explained better. How

did he get here so fast? I thought to

myself. "Okay!" Was my short response

as I walked in wondering why Willbert

wanted to see me.

"Lily please take madam to the

Masters suit to rest, Grace, Catherine

take our guest to their rooms too!" The

butler ordered as we got into the

mansion. "There'll be no need for that,

we'll leave soon butler!" Rafael said. "

Gius sir!" The butler corrected. "Okay

princess we'll be leaving now!" Rafael

smiled as he held Annie's hands to leave

"No Rafa you're going alone infact Rose l wants me to stay here for the

night. Gius prepare my room and see

Rafael out!" Annie gave a quizzical smile

looking at Rafael. Rafael's lips twisted

Well then, see you some other time

princess!" He gave me a smile and

turned around to leave. I still wondered

why he kept on calling me princess, if

he continued like this, I might hate that

name forever.

"Rafael!" A cold voice spoke from the

grand stairs. I know that voice any day

anytime cause it sends shivers through

my spine, it was non other than Willbert.

But how did he get here so quickly,I

thought to myself. He walked down ever

so gracefully his dark aura filled the

atmosphere, his presence was so

intimidating which made all the maids

bow at him.

His black shirt was a little bit tight

showing the perfect structure of his

body. My heart skipped on seeing him,

he finally sprayed his hair black. Which

made me wonder when he had all the

time to do this. He walked towards me

sizing me with his eyes till he walk past

me. I smiled mischievously at this, as I

walked up the stairs happily.

"Willbert!" Annie greeted "Annie!" Willbert said

nonchalantly "Come with me Raf!" Willbert

and Rafael both walked out. I walked

into my room with Lily tailing me. The

image of Willbert walking down the stairs

never left my head, why the hell would I

admire his delicate features?

"Ma'am I'll go prepare your bath now!".

She walked into the bathroom and

prepared a warm bath for me. I walked

into the bathroom and settled in the

bathtub for a long relaxing warm bath,

placing my head backwards with my

eyes closed I took a deep breath. 'How

do I get to see mum again? This evil

man has refused to tell me where she

is'. I thought to myself.

I really did miss her, my selfish one

week vacation had turned into a month.

I remembered my promise to her, and

not being able to keep the little promise

I made to her was so annoying. Still

thinking of how to make Willbert talk, I felt

a hot breath sending shock waves to

my skin making me shudder.

I slid my eyes open to see those two

black eyes starring at me intently. I was

startled, and tried to stand up but Willbert

was quick to pull me back in. "What are

you doing?" I asked to see him smile.

"Why startled? Are you still a virgin?" He

said sardonically. I was dumbstruck by

his question. "W. why'd you ask? Any

girl in my shoes would be startled by

your actions.!" I stammered. Willbert

smiled as he picked up a liquid from the

locker and stared back at me, "wipe

those tears off your face you look

hideous!" He said before leaving.

That was when I realized I've been

crying for some time now. I rinsed my

best quickly so I wouldn't be visited by

another unwanted visitor. I tied my

towel and walked into the closet to get

dressed,I didn't have much to think

about as I walked to Willbert's corner and

picked one of his white shirt and wore it

I walked out of the room in a channel

white slippers.

I spent the rest of the day with carie, we

did nothing but talking and taking a

tour around the Willbert's mansion. Damn it

was big and beautiful, we finally got to

the back of the house were the private

pool was located and in front of it was a

private beach. "I think there are fishes

in the water!" Annie said as she ran

towards the large river in front of the

beach, I followed her immediately.

"Where do you think this water leads to!

"l asked carie I don't know, you never

can tell!" She shouted cause her voice

was barely audible due to the constant

movement of the water. We stood there

taking pictures and playing with the

water and fishes, it didn't take long for

the clouds to turn dark.

We walked back into the mansion and

got to the lounge "Gius is Willbert back?"

Annie asked the butler moving around

the house to on the night lights. "Yes

miss he's with Mr Lucas in the garden!"

Gius bowed and walked away. Soon

dinner was served and l and Annie went

to the dinning room to eat.

The dinning room was so spacious with

a large table at the center of the room

and a diamond chandelier that was

placed above the center of the table.

The table was filled with lots of food

and fruits, and I wondered who would

eat all of it. Gius went out to call Willbert

and lukas.

"Annie, who's Lukas?" I asked "He's

Willbert's best friend, they've been friends

since they were three. Before you came

it's always been Willbert, Ben and Lukas!"

Anniee called Lukas name with disgust. "I

don't know if I'm being too nosey but

do you have issues with Lukas?" I asked

softly, and Annie sighed before

answering"He used to be my boyfriend

and something happened that made us

breakup!" She said in a cold tone. "What

happened!" I asked curiously with a

smile. Annie looked at me "No, that's a

gist for some other time for now you

don't talk to him Rose cause he's an

ass hole!" She said and I just nodded in

agreement. "Rose, you love me like a

sister right? And you'll do anything for

me, am I right?" Annie made those

puppy eyes and i nodded at her words

foolishly. "Then promise me you won't

talk to Lukas no matter what!" She held

my hands in hers and looked at me. "Is

it that serious?" I asked "Yes it is!" She

said as her eyes became watery. "Okay I

won't talk to him!" I said for her to

smile at me "Thank you!" Annie said and

we started eating.

Half way on our food a tall dark

browned hair man walked into the

dinning room with Willbert behind him. He

had a less dark aura around him unlike

Alex whose eyes where on me as they

walked in. His grey eyes, pointed nose

and pink lips were perfect, though he

was not as handsome as Willbert, but he

was also very handsome with a

mischievous grin plastered on his face.....
