My mouth stretched in absolute disbelief. “I can't even play when I have music in front of me.” He chuckled lightly. “I think it has to do more with the fact you're trying too hard. If you know how it goes, just play it.” It was my turn to chuckle. “As if!” He got up from the piano bench. The sound of conversation filtered from the hallway, making me look. Students were heading to the piano class down the hall. “Oh, my class is about to start. I need to go.” I moved, but he caught the sleeve of my arm and I was pulled back.
