Chapter 2: The Homework Disaster

The next day at school, Shin-chan walked into the classroom with a big smile on his face.

Kazama looked at him suspiciously. “Why are you so happy today?”

Shin-chan proudly said, “Because today… I actually did my homework!”

Everyone was shocked.

Nene said, “That’s impossible.”

Bo-chan slowly added, “Did… you really do it…?”

Shin-chan nodded confidently. “Yes. 100% done.”

Just then, the teacher entered the class. “Good morning, everyone. Today I will check your homework.”

Kazama smiled. “Finally, Shin-chan will do something right.”

One by one, students submitted their notebooks. When it was Shin-chan’s turn, he walked to the teacher with full confidence and handed over his notebook.

The teacher opened it…

Silence.

Her expression slowly changed.

“Shin-chan…” she said in a serious voice, “what is this?”

Shin-chan smiled. “Homework!”

The teacher showed the notebook to the class.

Instead of answers, the pages were filled with drawings—funny cartoons, dancing figures, and even a sketch of the teacher looking angry.

The whole class burst into laughter.

“THIS is your homework?!” the teacher shouted.

Shin-chan replied innocently, “You said to complete all pages… you didn’t say only writing!”

Kazama held his head in frustration. “I knew this would happen…”

Nene got angry. “You never change!”

Bo-chan quietly said, “Nice… drawing…”

The teacher sighed deeply. “Shin-chan, after school, you will stay back and complete real homework.”

Shin-chan smiled again. “Okay ma’am… but can I draw a little?”

“NO!”

And once again, Shin-chan turned a simple homework into a complete disaster.

But for him, it was just another fun day!
