CHAPTER SIXTEEN

LANCE POV

Leaving Carmine's office, I take my time just in case I see her. When I didn’t, I made my way to my car and left the whole time, keeping my eyes open looking the whole time until we left the grounds.

I had to give Carmine a lot more information than I wanted to. I don’t want to outright tell him anything. I know he will get suspicious if I keep probing.

When I get back to my pack, I will touch base with Alexander and have him find out what was said when I left. Hopefully he will have some information for me. It's not like I didn't supply him with a couple of hours while I was with Carmine this morning. If he was smart, he would have used that time properly!

Arriving back at my pack, my father greets me to see if I have any news from the Lycan Kingdom, even he dotes on everything that comes from that place.

Disappointed with my returning empty-handed, he dismissed me and went back to whatever it is he was doing for today. Yep, thanks dad. My sarcasm was thick in my head, I managed to keep the words from escaping my lips.

I'm only going to be doing what I have to, though, then, I will head back to school. Although now I think about it, maybe I should take the week and then return to school to reassure Ally, this she-wolf is a real pain to me. I will have to think of some reason why Willow is remaining back in my pack. I will work something out before I get back.

Grabbing Willow’s pack member file. I realise I need to command Dad to say nothing, and only to refer to her as an outcast and I have set it up in her file for her to be, and also I need him to say nothing to her parents.

My only problem, as I see it, is the fact that to command dad, I need to sedate him first. Then I can command him to hold up my rouse and now I will only need to keep an eye on Ally and her mate. I will probably need some help from a witch to make sure this really works.

It's one thing to drug my father and command him, but at school there are too many to do that too, and I won’t be able to command them. They are not my relatives, so it won’t work. I best be getting a witch to cast a spell for me.

I will contact my favourite witch Reena, call in and see her on my way back to school. At least I can pay her in a non-cash way. The thought brings a smile to my face. Sad I won’t have more than a couple of hours. That’s usually when her inner Nymph comes out! Hmmmm... the thought making me question my ability to find more than a couple of hours, thinking I really should make that happen.

Now, with my mind completely distracted, the need to scold myself and my wolf, who I can feel is pushing hard for me to listen to him and his desires.

Mumbling to myself, I grab a file folder and create a duplicate file of Willow's, one I can use to send to Carmine. After removing all the items I feel unnecessary, I keep the originals in case I ever need to plant them to get the desired result. Oh! The many thoughts.

The next few days went by fast. I have got a lot of pack work done, so I may not be needed back here for a few weeks, unless there is something else urgent that pops up, and I am sure dad will let me know.

Finishing up, I find my father, say my goodbyes and head off. I decided to let my driver stay behind. I don’t need to explain myself when I want to call in to a witch's residence. I sent Reena a message earlier. She was keen to hear from me.

With a week spent home catching up, I grabbed all I needed to make my way back. Smiling as I know, my stress will completely dissipate in a few hours, bringing my little nymph out. Reena greeted me at the door in little more than a see-though sheet draped over herself, definitely a great way to start my visit!

It's just before sun up when I drag myself away from Reena's bed. She is so much fun, she will, as she already has been for a few years now, continue to make a fantastic side-piece.

Between Reena and Charolette, I can currently keep my wolf at bay from wanting to claim a mate, but until I can sort all this crap with Willow out, I just need to keep us satiated with the two of them.

Arriving back at the school just before the kitchen staff start for the day, so that I can add the potion to a few things to make sure that everyone gets a dose, and then at six AM, Reena will begin the final part of the spell. Then I won’t need to stress for a while, giving me a chance to work out what I need to do next. I will definitely owe Reena. I will have to make a weekend to thank her properly.

Returning to my dorm, I head straight for the shower. I need to relax a little, everyone here is still asleep, so I slip in and shower, walking from the bathroom, I don’t notice her, as I grab boxers from my closet, and lift the blanket to slide into my bed, finding I am not alone. While I am usually up for a morning snack, I really need her to be at breakfast too!

“Charolette, what a surprise! We don't have time for fun and games this morning. You're going to have to wait until tonight.” After spending the night with Reena I need some time to recharge.

Tired and wishing Charolette hadn't arrived, I dragged myself out of bed and headed to the food hall for coffee. I don't need anything to cause me issues when I have this all worked out easily.

While everyone was eating and enjoying breakfast, I texted Reena to let her know she could take action for her spell now. I ensured to ask for my coffee from the kitchen this morning, finding a smile that worked on the young server.

I watch all the wolves around me as their eyes flash. I smile, knowing that their response is to the spell activating.

Reena keeps going until nine AM, I call her and thanked her, ensuring to let her know I would come visit again soon. It seems that my wolf Lobo has a soft spot for Reena too. He wants more.

After breakfast, I make my way to the administration offices. There is a young she-wolf, Kiki, in charge of the records rooms. I will use my charm on her and find out who is not here today. I will have Reena help me with a quick spell option to sort each one that is absent today.

Then I will find a way to finish all this s**t with Willow. I need to get rid of her once and for all. I am going to have to plan this properly. It won't be easy to get into the Lycan Kingdom, but I will do it. I will reach out to any shifters I think can help me.

I WILL FINISH HER!!!
