Alpha & his future Luna

Curious Alpha

Sitting in my office doing the paper work and talking with the other pack Alphas over loud speaker when suddenly my beta crashes through the door panting, i look up dumbfounded as to why he came crashing in when he has never done that before, he would either knock or mind-link me.

I tilted my head to the side a little giving him a 'what the f**k' look.

"Alpha..... I just got news of a she-wolf on our border". forcing his words out.

I instantly stand and start towards the door when he starts to talk again.

"Wait there's more..." stopping me in my tracks and turning towards him sighing in frustration.

"Hurry up and spit it out then!"

Anger quickly rising with the longer her takes to get to the point. 

He lets out a deep breath and proceeds to talk.

"The guard who saw her said that he went to go attack her but she didn't smell like a rogue, but he chose to attack her anyway but as soon as she shifted into her wolf he felt an over bearing aura coming from her making him bow in submission" he let out with no breath to spare.

"WHAT?!?!" i was furious, anger swelling in my chest ready to burst.

"he said that the aura around her that was domineering and demanding respect so he couldn't help but bow down" casting his eyes to floor feeling just as bad.

"Right" through gritted teeth.

The alpha is so furious that his guard even backed down did he not think there would be consequences, 'I am his ALPHA',but at the same time he wanted to know who she is and what she is for that matter.

Storming out of his office rushing to the edge of the woods where she was last seen and he was soon hit with a power full smell that even made him feel he should just turn back but his wolf piped up saying to follow.

He chose to listen to his wolf and followed the scent, as he got closer it started to get stronger, smelling of honey and Lilly flowers but there was also a scent mixed in that made him feel threatened, he couldn't quite put his finger on it but he chose to ignore it, he must find out who she is.

"Alpha, shouldn't i come with you ?"

turning to his beta, letting out a sigh he nodded his head.

Shifting into his wolf he bolted with super speed while still following her scent, his beta no far behind him, coming up to a clearing with a cave sitting just at the back, he instantly knew she was in there mind-linking with his beta,

"you stay here, ill go look first"

"ALPHA" 

A low growl escape his lips as a warning to stay back.

As he crept closer using his stealth peeking around the corner out the cave and that's when he saw a glimpse of silver tipped ears and white fur curled up into a ball at the back. so engrossed in the sleeping wolf he hadn't realised he was still walking in to the cave to get closer until stepping on to a branch causing it to snap, the sound bouncing all around the cave walls.

The beautiful she-wolf bounced straight up and instantly started growling, bearing her teeth ready to fight, but the alpha froze staring straight into her eyes immersed losing sight of everything around him, her eyes are so beautiful, deep green, the colour of fresh leaves on a young tree with little purple spots surrounding the black centre, he felt he could look into them forever, his wolf bouncing around in his head saying 'mate, mate', but his beta came barrelling into the cave making him switch back to reality. 

The she-wolf, lets out a loud growl, stomping her paws of the floor as a warning that she wont back down causing my beta to jump straight at her aiming for her throat, she jumped to the side and swiped his hind leg, he howled in pain spinning around to to face her.

I froze watching her amazed, standing tall with no fear facing his beta, she looked quite big to be a she-wolf, her brilliant white fur shone bright with the little moon light seeping in, it looks so soft and silky swaying gracefully as she moves dodging his attacks, the tips of her ears the perfect colour of silver, look like they have been perfectly dipped to their ends. her wolf was the definition of beauty and he had to have her.

Hearing her howl in pain, collapsing to the floor and shifting back to her human form, the alpha snapped ramming himself into his beta smashing his against the cave wall.

Shifting back to his human form he hurried over to her, lifting her up into his arms looking in to her eyes as the light in them slowly dimmed. her words catching him off guard.

"who are you?"

With her last breath she went limp in his arms. looking at her he could see she was a gift from the moon goddess, her face perfectly round, her skin lightly kissed by the sun and smooth, cheeks defined with freckles lightly feathered across, her nose is a cute as a button which freckles heavily dotted it. he knew she was the one for him, no doubt about it. 

Turning to his beta in anger.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!"

 "Alpha, she was going  to attack you".

Choosing to ignore his friend looking back down at her he saw blood dripping from under her ribs, he turned running out of the cave holding her close to his chest and he could feel sparks flow across his arms and chest making him hold her tighter making sure not to hurt her anymore, his beta not far behind him with head low in shame, using his Alpha speed and agility he reached his pack house in no time, mind-linking the pack doctor letting her know that he is coming with the she-wolf.

Once he got to the ward, the doctor tried to take her out of his arms but he let out a deep growl pulling away. She grinned at him and stepped back.

"Fine, just put her on the bed, quickly!"

Gently lowering her to the bed he reluctantly let her go, pushing a strand of hair back from her face and lightly caressing her cheek. he stood back so the doctor can work her magic and try save her, his wolf whining because of the lack of contact.

"Alpha you need to leave, so i can do my job which i cant do because your hovering"

In a huff he back out of the room with his eyes still glued to her.

Once the doors closed he rested his head against the wall, closing his eyes praying to the moon goddess to save her.
