10. Bria

I’m super excited right now but, I don't want to show that. so, I walk over to Liam and tell him thank you. Candy makes a gagging noise. I give him a kiss and, then Candy pulls me away with them to Courtneys, car and we head out. First, we stop buy Courtney’s parents’ house. When we walk in Courtney's mom Donna is baking cookies. Donna asks us girls, “if we want a cookie or, a soda?”

candy- “yes, I'm starving.”

Bridgett- “a soda would be great.”

Courtney takes a couple cookies. Then everyone turns to look at me. I pause,

then say sure that sounds nice.

After we have eaten while chatting for a little bit. We all go get ready.

Courtney, Candy, and Bridgett do their hair and, makeup. Then they turn to me and tell me to sit.

I tell them “No thanks” but, Candy isn't having it. I don't really wear a lot of makeup I tell them, and candy says, “oh I won't put a lot on you”. Just let me do a little bit please.

Candy starts taking my foundation off when she sucks in a breath. I know she sees the marks on my face that I have hidden. She doesn’t say anything though ,and reapplies foundations. She puts blush, eyeliner, and mascara on next. Then lip gloss. It isn't long before Candy is done. She tells me to look.

When I turn looking into the mirror. I'm blown away. I have simple makeup on, but it shows a difference. The black eyeliner, makes my blue eyes stand out. I look way better.

They straightened my long blond hair. It was just that simple touch, wow. After a minute they all come into the mirror, and we check ourselves out. Candy tells us all, “we look hot.” Bridgett says, “that the guys are going to drool when they see us.”

Before leaving we say goodbye to Courtney's parents, who seem really nice. We go out and, get into Courtneys car, which is a,

2004 mustang. I love it! I feel free right now, and I am loving this feeling. Is this what I've been missing out on? Nights like this? A girl could get used to this. About 30 minutes later we pull up in town, and start making laps. The laps go around MCDonald then down the main road. Then turn right down, another road to a car wash. We pull in making a u turn in the parking lot. I look out the window and, see a lot of cars doing the same thing. They all have music blaring or are yelling, laughing, and having a great time. I get jealous of how free and, happy they all look. We drive in this same route for about 20 minutes before Courtney, Candy, and Bridgett see Someone sitting in a parking lot at Walgreens.

. I notice there are cars parked in random parking lots all along the roads visiting, and just hanging out. We pull into the parking space next to a BLACK MUSTANG GT, and It's super freaking nice. I’m wondering who is driving it. When the window rolls down.

I make eye contact with a fit, brown-haired man wearing a white baseball cap. I feel the breath leave my lungs and I immediately think to myself that he is the sexiest guy I have ever seen in my life. We make eye contact and I blush, his glasses reflecting the streetlights. He smiles and, his smile blows my mind. Reality hits me and, I look away. Why, did I get this instant attraction to him. I've never had that before, and oh s**t I have a boyfriend. I shouldn’t be looking at him like that. Snapping out of my thoughts I catch Candy, looking at me, and she leans in whispering “get him girl.” I laugh because no way in hell would a guy like him like a girl like me. I will always have a dark cloud over me.

Courtney talks to him for a few minutes when.

Candy, yells hey Adam, “Meet our new friend.”

Courtney, says, Adam this is Bria.

Bria this is Adam. I was so nervous to look up but, when I did, I said the first thing that came to mind. He was eating Mcdonalds and, I asked him where mine was? Stupid f*****g thing to say but, I was nervous and, my stomach did a flip. when he smiled then said, I’ll take you to get some if you want. I look at him and, tell him I was just joking.

Candy says, “I want Mcdonalds to if you, buy her some you are getting me some too!” Adam laughs, his bluish gray eyes sparkle with humor.

They are all silent, watching the both of us. When Courtney finally speaks breaking the stair down. It’s then that I realize we have been looking at each other for a minute. I blush and, look away. We all talk for a little while longer before Courtney says, we are going to go drive some more.

As we are driving a different song comes on. Making Candy yell, “turn it up.”

They are all dancing and, singing while Courtney drives around. I find myself letting go, singing and dancing with them. We are all laughing and, smiling having a good time.
