The Unloved Princess

Introduction

My name is Athena Kingsley, I am 17 years old and the unloved princess of Zariya. I have long golden brown hair, green eyes, pale skin and I stand at a height of 5’4. We know King Royce as one of the most brutal men in our country. Queen Leanne is no better than her husband. She runs around the kingdom bossing everybody around. The sad part is if she doesn’t get her way she takes it out on the families that she’s supposed to cherish and protect did I mention these two lovely individuals are my Mother and Father. No means what they do I still care for them because like I said, they're my Mother and Father King and Queen of the Zariya Kingdom. They have two other children who are age 20 there twins my sister Calia and brother Ezra. They're just as mean to me as our parents they taught them well feel the sarcasm, but they’re treated like royals by everyone, including the King and Queen. I’ve been tortured, insulted, beaten and most recently demoted to slave. Meaning I do whatever they summon me to do whenever they order me to do. When I’m not fast enough, I receive punishment, and it’s anything but pleasant. The helpers, nobles even the knights pity me, but there is not a thing they're able to do because if they try the consequences are not kind.
