Chapter 4: Memories with Viktor

Suzie’s pov… 

An abandoned building keeps on flashing in my mind, but a few meters away from it I can already smell a stinky scent, the level of my curiosity built up.

Slowly the scent of a wolf gets stronger and I can sense who owned that unpleasant smell, Viktor is here.

The moment my feet stepped inside this building, a flashback of memory flashes right in front of my very eye.

*** Flashback ***

Viktor is sitting on a wooden swing. He's hugging Serene sweetly while kissing her forehead repeatedly.

It’s a man-made mini garden inside this abandoned building, full of different kinds of flowers, their aura was so happy and in love.

Now the place is full of dried leaves and flowers, the old wooden swing is still there, and Viktor is here.

Viktor and Princess Serene had a deep relationship and they are not just friends, they are a happily in love couple.

I am Princess Serene and I am in love with… Viktor, the thoughts keep on lingering in my head.

“Bloodsucker” he whispered; he sensed me so I left right away.

I need to calm down and lock myself here inside my room at the mansion. I can’t be in love with a werewolf, not now.

Relax Suzie, relax… You’re not Princess Serene anymore, you have a new identity now, you’re Suzie Arazon, the famous model and the vampire heiress.

“Suzie” a soft voice from Sunni called my name on the other side of the door.

“What is it?” I asked.

“Vida called me over the phone, reminding for your tomorrow’s meeting with Prince Jairus and Viktor Elias,” she said, but her voices faded in annoyance when she uttered the name of Viktor.

“Okay,” I simply answered and I know she left right away.

I need to know more about my relationship with Viktor.

I went to the hotel together with Sunni in which Vida my manager checked in.

“Aren’t we going back to the city?” I asked, sitting on her soft bed.

“After our meeting today with the prince” she replied, while busy putting make-up on her not-so-old face.

“I think you need to change your brand of make-up” I frankly said to her, she looks at me with her pissed-off face.

“You need to have an anti-aging type of make-up” I added, flashing my evil smile, she rolled her eyes.

“I am already using an anti-aging cream, so shut up,” she said, annoyed and I chuckled.

“By the way, there’s another offer from one of the famous magazines, she wants you and of course Viktor Elias to collaborate for their anniversary issue next month” I was surprised at what she said.

A collaboration with who? Viktor Elias?

“I will be working with that stinky—” I annoyingly said but Sunni tapped me hard on the shoulder.

“Collaboration with Viktor, again?” I asked and faked my voice in a soft and sweet tone.

“If you don’t want to, we can always decline,” she told me.

“Funny thing is… you will be collaborating with him to promote your town, then another offer with him in a magazine” she added, and it made me pissed off.

‘Your eyes, Suzie’ Sunni talked to me through my mind. It means my eyes changed their color because I am so pissed off whenever I hear that stinky wolf’s name.

“Why him? There are lots of actors out there” I said with my irritated voice.

“Because he is the most popular” she simply replied, then I rolled my eyes.

Sunni handed me my small flask bottle, I grabbed it right away and drank from it. My assistant knows when I will need my stress reliever drink.

“Now tell me, you want to accept it or not?” She asked and faced me while applying her lipstick.

“No, I don't want to work with him" I gave her a straightforward answer which made her raise one of her eyebrows.

"Suzie, this is a chance for you to collaborate with one of the famous actors in the entertainment industry" she exclaimed, making her lips overly done with her red lipstick.

"I don't care whether he's the most famous, I don't care at all, I am Suzie and I don't need him" I frankly told her, then drank from my flask bottle filled with human blood.

My manager suddenly became flustered and looked at me in shock. I am looking at her with my sharp and fuming eyes, I know my eye color changes that's why she looks at me that way.

"Are you saying that you don't need someone like… Viktor?" She asked, then her voice became soft and modest, so I calmed down.

"Yeah, until the day I vanish, I still don't need him," I said to her then she slightly nodded her head and got back to finish putting on her make-up.

The moment I stepped inside the palace; the voice of Arthur echoed at the back of my head.

'You are the people's princess, you are Princess Serene' 

These words keep on repeating in my mind as I walk along the hallway going to Prince Jairus' office.

I am the people's princess, I am their lost crown princess, I am Princess Serene. These words made me greedy, it made me want to get back everything that this royal family took from me and my family, but this time it would be different, I am and will surely take over along with my so-called father, Arthur.

When the door opened, Jairus' wide smile welcomed us and I gave out my precious smile too.

'That was too cheesy, Suzie' Sunni's irritated voice echoed in my mind and I gave my evil smile.

"Welcome again, Suzie" Jairus happily greeted me, but sitting at his left side of the couch is the stinky wolf flashing his most fake smile on me.

Before I sat down, Prince Jairus held my right hand and gently kissed it, and I know my ring tattooed caught his attention because he is looking at it in awe.

"I didn't notice that you have a tattoo on your finger, it was cool," he said smilingly. I immediately removed my hand from his hold.

"Is there any meaning? I mean that tattoo of yours," Viktor asked while pointing his pouty lips at my right hand.

"Oh, this one, it's a family tie," I replied with my calm voice.

"Your assistant has it too" he added while pointing his index finger at Sunni's right hand.

"Because, they're family, she is her cousin" Vida my manager answered him then Viktor chuckled.

"The photographer will soon be here," the prince told us, as I together with Vida and Sunni settled ourselves on the couch.

Viktor is boring a hole on my face again and I can't stand it, this stinky wolf is staring at me as if I am his long-time prey that he wanted to feast.

Then I stared at him too, flashing my evil smile, he smirked at me.

Viktor's pov…

Why is that every time I am looking or staring at this bloodsucker b***h, I feel like I am deeply staring at Princess Serene.

I have this feeling that we knew each other back then.

The way she's showing her sweet smile to Prince Jairus, I saw Serene's smile, but when she smiled at me, it's different. I saw an evil bloodsucker b***h.

The door opens as the man named Erol held it open and another man with a DSLR camera hanging on his right shoulder came in, so he is the photographer.

We all look in his direction then his facial expression suddenly changes, from a relaxed look to a shocked one. His eyes got wide open as he stared at Suzie.

Of course, this bloodsucker b***h is famous among photographers because she is a model.

“Good day, Prince Jairus” he greeted the prince but shifted his gaze again to Suzie.

“You look stunned,” Prince Jairus told him.

“By the way, he is Ken and he is one of the royal palace’s photographers,” he added, then the photographer bowed his head to us.

“I didn’t know that I am going to work with the very famous and gorgeous Suzie Arazon,” he said smiling but his tone was so stunned looking at the bloodsucker b***h.

“It was also my pleasure meeting you, and I am excited to work with one of the top photographers of the royal family,” Suzie said to the photographer, and I am impressed with how she can manage to make her voice as sweet as candy.

“Since you already knew Suzie, she will be collaborating with Mr. Viktor Elias” the prince finally introduces me.

“Yeah, of course, who wouldn’t know about the famous actor, nice to meet you, Mr. Viktor Elias,'' he greeted me and I just nodded my head with a smile.

“Shall we start now?” Prince Jairus said as he looked at us alternatingly.

“So, what will be the flow and concept of the pictorial?” He asked the photographer.

“Just a simple concept, since both of you, will promote our town to attract more tourists, I prepared three concepts, first will be youthful vibes” Ken started, I nod my head but as I look at Suzie, she’s just staring at him as if he is her wanted prey.

“Second will be family vibes” my eyes widened the moment he said, family.

“Wait for a second, family vibes? How?” I was shocked and curiously asked him.

“There will be a father, mother, and kids, are you dumb?” Suzie said then smirked at me.

“I know, blood—” I stopped on what I was supposed to say because Lukas tapped my shoulder.

“We will invite a kid, then you know, both of you will be the parents,” the photographer said smiling.

“What?!” The bloodsucker was in total shock, and I laughed at her reaction.

“I can’t be a mother!” She refuses and I can’t stop myself from laughing hard.

“Wait for a second, I think for a family vibe, we can have different models on that” Prince Jairus suddenly interrupted.

“Yeah, that was more reasonable than me being a mother,” the bloodsucker b***h said with her irritated voice.

“Why don't you want to be a mother? Soon you’re going to have one unless you don’t want to get married” I said while laughing again.

She darted a sharped eye on me again so I just raised my eyebrows with my teasing smile.

"Being in a relationship or being married is not my thing, a total yucky feel” her voice was so irritated, so I laugh again at her facial reaction, damn, how can a vampire make those kinds of facial expressions, I know vampires don't have emotions or feelings.

"Anyway, the third concept will be for lovers," Ken told us. She was shocked again and I smiled.

“So, I guess… we’re lovers” I teasingly said and again she showed her sharp eyes as sharp as a knife and I laughed so hard.

“Hey, Ms. Suzie… I know you never did any couple photoshoots and I think this will be the first time you’re doing it” he said with hesitation because Suzie is staring at him coldly.

“Never, especially with him, Vida, let’s go, anyway we still don’t have any contract, I am not doing anything” she stood up.

“Wait, Suzie, can you please consider” the prince begs her and she smirks.

“Change the concept and I will work with you,” she said firmly.

“I thought you’re a professional model, well I guess I’m wrong about my first impression on you,” I told her and she looked at me with her eyes on fire and I know she now wanted to stab her fangs on me, I chuckled.

“Yes, I am a professional model, but being a professional doesn’t mean I cannot decline or disagree in any concept” she replied and I shrugged my shoulder.

“Let’s go, Vida,” she told her manager then she quickly got out of the prince’s office together with her team.

“I am so sorry, your highness, I will change the concept and discuss it with you once I finalize it,” Ken said apologetically.

“Yeah, better do it as soon as possible” Prince Jairus told Ken then he left the room.

“Sorry about that Mr. Elias,” he said while shaking his head.

“Sorry, your highness but we cannot stay any longer in this town because Viktor has a lot of engagements to be done” Lara my manager told the crown prince, he nodded his head and gesture his hand towards the door, instructing us that we can now leave his office.

I felt your disappointment Prince Jairus, and you can’t do anything because you’re dealing with a vampire, I hope those bloodsuckers will not use you for their agenda.

Suzie’s pov…

As we walked towards the location where our van was parked, I happened to pass by this beautiful garden, and a memory flashes right in front of my very eye.

Princess Serene is happily talking to Viktor, the way she's smiling at her it was so genuine, her eyes are filled with excitement, Viktor is also smiling from ear to ear, his eyes are filled with sincerity, and happiness.

Yes, of course, I know that kind of looks are the looks of a happy in love couple, the way I studied every human's emotion, definitely those happy eyes and genuine smiles are filled with love and sincerity.

I blink my eyes and the memory disappears. Damn, how deep is their relationship, f**k, how deep is my relationship with Viktor back then? Urgh, I am in a deep relationship with a stinky wolf, thinking about it makes me want to vomit all the human blood that I took a while ago.

Late at night, I sneaked again inside the royal palace and I hypnotized one of the servants so that she could point me to Princess Serene's room.

Entering the princess room made my eyes in full awe, the room was so beautiful and the scent of it was like a flower that was freshly picked from the garden.

*** Flashback ***

The princess was sitting on the bed, and the familiar woman was standing in front of her, and it was Lady Mariana. It seems like they're having some confrontation.

"I love Viktor," the princess told Mariana.

"Your father told you to stay away from him," Mariana angrily said to the princess.

"Mom, we're not doing anything wrong; I love Viktor and he loves me too" Serene answered back to her mother in a defensive tone.

"You're the crown princess and being in a relationship with a werewolf is not what your father wanted you to have," Mariana explained to her daughter.

"But I also do have the blood of a werewolf, and you're a full-blood wolf," Serene said and it made Mariana irritated and run her two hands on her face.

"Serene, it's better to live a peaceful life than being with Viktor which is the son of the pack's alpha," Mariana said, irritated again.

"Stop seeing Viktor, and that's my order, Serene" she added and points her index finger on her daughter's face, then leaves the room.

Leaving Serene crying as she lay down on her bed.

*** Flashback ends ***

I blink my eyes and the memory disappears.

My parents were against my relationship with Viktor and they wanted me to live a peaceful life.

I looked around and I fell in love with the beautiful room of the princess, and a big portrait of Princess Serene was mounted on the big plain wall.

I smell Prince Jairus, so I hurriedly hid at the tall shelves at the far end corner of the room.

The door opens and Jairus enters the room. He walks in and stops right in front of the princess portrait or my portrait.

"That Suzie pisses me off right in front of other people, and too bad she looks exactly like you, b***h" Jairus said while gritting his teeth as he points his index finger on my portrait.

Damn you Jairus, I knew it, you're not on good terms with me before.

"I will not let go of her, she will kneel in front of me, I will assure you of that, b***h" he said, eyeing sharp on my portrait.

"What do you want me to do in front of you?" I asked, the moment I became clear in his vision his eyes widened.

"Why are you here? What are you doing inside Serene's room?" He asked but his face looked confused.

"You don't know anything about me,” I said sweetly at him.

I flash my sweet smile and gently run my hands from his chest going up to his broad shoulder while looking at him in his eyes.

"I heard you were pissed off with my attitude earlier" I whispered to him, as I slowly got my face closer to his.

I saw that he swallowed his saliva while staring at me, his lips parted ways as he's anticipating my lips to touch his.

I smell his sweet breath, I clash my lips on him, he grabs it nicely and kisses me back, our kiss slowly becomes intense.

I need to have a taste of his royal blood. I let him drown intensely into my little trap, then I slowly bite his inner lower lip.

He's trying to push me away but as I get to taste his blood I crave and want to have more. He's pushing me harder this time, but his strength is no match compared to mine.

"s**t!" He shouted as I let his lips go.

He shook his head down as he's trying to touch his painful and swollen lips, he looks at me angrily but I look straight right into his eyes.

When he stares back, I need my hypnotism to work on him.

"You will never remember anything from tonight, you will never remember that we ever kissed," I said calmly and he slowly nodded his head while still patting his lower lip with his fingers.

"You will follow whatever I will say and whatever I want, my clan, the Arazon will always be welcome here inside the royal palace" I sweetly told him.

"Yeah whatever you wish for, my sweet Suzie," he said with a smile while his lower lip continues to bleed and I can smell his sweet blood.

I wipe off the little blood on my lips with my tongue and flash my smile. 

"You're mine Jairus, you will be my slave, now say it, say that you're mine now" I whispered and instructed him.

"Yes I am now yours my dear Suzie Arazon" he answered back as he stared into my eyes.

"My family, the Arazons are also welcome here, say it'' I instructed him too.

"Yes my dear as you wish, your family, the Arazon are also welcome here in the palace" he sweetly said.

Before I left, I licked some blood on his lips and kissed him gently on his cheek.

"Bye… Prince Jairus'' I whispered in his ear then disappeared.

I went back to this abandoned building that keeps on flashing in my mind repeatedly.

Full of dried leaves and flowers, but in my memory that keeps on flashing now and then, this place was so beautiful back then.

As I walked through the mini garden, I heard sounds of dried leaves as I stepped on it and it echoed around the place.

My attention was being caught by the wooden swing, 

I saw Viktor sitting comfortably while smiling at me.

"s**t! I hate having this kind of memory" I said irritated as I blink my eyes repeatedly.

Viktor's pov…

Before I got back to the city, I decided to visit our love haven one last time.

But I smell an unpleasant scent, the moment I got here in this abandoned building.

"Bloodsucker" I whispered to myself.

Why is she here? Damn! She can't be Serene.

I tried to wash off the idea that this bloodsucker is the real Princess Serene.

"You're here again stinky wolf" she suddenly blurted out, and all I know is that she is already an inch away from me.

She slammed me over the wall and it made the concrete wall c***k.

"Why are you here?" I asked her, and her eyes turned red showing her fangs.

"Want to kill me, bloodsucker," I said then smirked, making her pissed off.

"You're here because of some memories, am I right?" I asked again but this time I sounded like I wanted to provoke her to say the truth about her real identity.

"Memories my ass, stinky wolf" she answered irritated but she never let go of me, I am still pinned against this wall and I admit that she's too strong.

"Only me and Serene knows this place, now tell me, why are you here?" I asked her again.

"The princess' dead body was missing and you showing yourself here with that face the same as Serene concludes everything," I told her with my firm voice.

She loosened her hold on me and disappeared in milliseconds.

"No!" I shouted as loud as I could.

"f**k! b***h, show up! Answer me!" I shouted and punched the wall repeatedly with my bare right hand, and the tears that I am holding the moment I saw her here started to stream down from my eyes.
