“Adrian it is time to get up.” I say as I walk into my son’s room. He sits up and he wipes the sleep from his face. “Happy birthday mommy.” He says as he reaches his tiny arms up to hug me. I sit down on his bed and I wrap my arms around his body. “Thank you my sweet boy. Now why don’t we get you ready for the day.” I say and he nods his head. “We will have breakfast here. Just the two of us.” I say.
“I want blueberry pancakes mommy.” He says. “Okay I will make that for you.” I say as I put his favorite shirt on him.
