Anita Is Sacked!

Delilah I loved wearing a blue bow tie on a tight-fitted white collar gown, with my long gold hair packed up in a hair ruffle behind my back. I loved using a red lip gloss, it would make my boss get lost looking at my lips instead of s******g my ass for arriving late to work. My dirty strategy! He used to be a decent man until one day when he asked me to bring him a few books I was drafting for a review, then he bent over and grabbed my waist but still looked sackless as though he was unsure that he just crossed his limits. " Mr. Allan?" I queried. 'I'm so sorry Delilah, you just got a tiny waist there and I wonder how you do with the vast backside.' He confessed and I wondered if he thought that to be funny. I was both amused and confused. He was stepping on my toe but I had kept calm. I surmised he'd probably be on drugs because he had never done that before. After I'd stepped out of the dressing room, mom smiled at me. No one else gave me so much confidence about myself as mom did. "Oh Lilah , you look dashing!" Mom praised me as I walked into the kitchen to grab a can of orange drink from the fridge. I suddenly remembered how exhilarating the moment was when I got a job newly. Mom threw a widely acclaimed party at home to celebrate me. But she was always at one thing then and again, according to her, she needed me to bring home a man, a man for the future. She did not know I was still a virgin and never even had a boyfriend before. 'I met your father at a public library when I was rounding up at high school' She used to say and would direct her shooting gaze at me in disappointment. I simply blushed at her compliment. "Thanks mom, this is a made-to-order dress from The Roses." I said posing proudly. I walked at a slow pace outside the house to the garage making sure I raise my feet from the ground so she wouldn't know that I was leaving. But! She followed behind quietly and I knew she was going to ask me to take some food along, she always did. And just when I pulled at my car door. "Lilah dear!" Mom called from the dining room. "Mom?" I walked back into the house, feigning as though I was in a hurry. I was focused on leaving immediately and at least, peeping into The Macdonalds once as I drove past them. In case Mr. handsome was right outside footballing in the open field. "I was thinking you will take some toasted bread along." "That? No mom." I chuckled. "There are no more fried fishes in the kitchen. How will I do that?" I pointed to the toasted bread in the basket. "Oh! I will get some on my way home." She felt sorry. "No, it's okay mom." I waved carelessly to show I wasn't interested in taking anything to work. That morning I sipped just a drink. I turned to her again and turned around almost immediately to the door. "Have a beautiful day at work!" I raised my voice. "You too Lilah," mom moved to the door "And lots of love!" I heard her but I was already in my car. And as I drove to work, I thought about my mother, and how she coped without Sir Valentine. It must have been tough for her but I was glad she was a strong woman. I remembered how I came home one day when I was still a high schooler. Then as I paused by my door and took off my headphones, I started hearing deep intense groaning from mom in her room. The door was closed, and the scent emitting from their room was that of fenugreek oil, it smelt like food. I knew my dad and mom were feasting on themselves, so I stood there fantasizing, I nibbled at my n*****s. I allowed my emotions to trace my inner mind and after that day I started contemplating accepting Clinton who was untiredly asking me out day after day. I was beginning to go crazy but that wasn't my fault. I never Ioved him to start with, I only wanted to have an experience, to know how it would feel to have something hard thrusting between my thighs. Was it going to hurt or would it be as sweet as rumored? I was thinking. My girlfriend Samantha had said it was an amazing trip, she called s3x an amazing trip. Wow! She was a spoilt brat, if I lacked self-control then she would have made me tour around with the bad guys. I drove for almost forty minutes. There I stood before the colossal black gate. I always tried to arrive very early to work as I wouldn't want to be a bad example to my inferiors, or would want to anger my boss. I never forgot that a boss had a boss. I drove in through the gate straightway to the car park. Oh! I muttered. My boss was already in the office because I'd seen his red saloon car at the park. I looked away immediately and squeezed my face. 'He's got about three cars I wonder why he'd chose this piece of s**t today' I wondered. My problem was that color. I stepped out and bent forward as I stretched out my hand to take my handbag and files from the back seat of the car. I walked into the building, and that usual chilly atmosphere caused me to wrap my arms around my body. I wasn't fond of spending long hours in the air-conditioned offices so I always kept a thick jacket in my office in case I began to freeze, I'd run into it and stay alive for Mama Freda. My office was directly opposite Mr. Allan's, my boss. Most offices in the building were demarcated with glassy partitions so it was easier for my to have a clear view of what was going on there. Mr. Allan got up furiously and threw Anita's files at her "For your information, you're sacked!" He said and pointed to the exit "leave now! You wouldn't love the security throwing you out." He sat back resting an arm on his table to support his jaw with it, he was now waiting for her to gather up her properties. "Thank you Sir." She managed to say amidst tears and bowed in a curtsey. Deep down in her mind she wished he would forgive and suspend her instead. I pondered over what would have led to her being sacked and immediately ran out after Anita. Mr. Allan's eyes were like fireballs, it followed me till I was completely out of his sight. Fuck! What was that about? Why would he look at me in such a manner? I ignored him and pressed on. The young girl wore a mini gown, very short. She was trying to seduce him, so I thought, when I got closer to her. I saw tears, she was shedding hot tears. "Hey! Hey Wait." I waved with my hand. When Anita saw me, she turned and looked elsewhere, she knew I would be more interested in knowing why Mr. Allan had been so angry at her since he was known to be very gentle. I could not stop looking at the hem of her gown. Gosh! Girl your dress, is too fitted and it's loosening already. I reasoned. "Please don't ask me why Mr. Allan..." She could not complete her statement her voice was frail. She turned to look back at the building she was about to leave forever and began to sob. At some point, I was stunned and then touched but I knew I could not help her. I waited till she seemed to have stopped then I said. "I want to know." I had my hands across my back and it's rested on my butts, my right foot pounded the ground as though I was hearing music from an instrument or as someone who was ready for a fight but was patiently waiting for my opponent to throw the first fist. I should have comforted her but how? I did not learn how to do that though I truly felt sorry. "I can't say Delilah. I can't say it now. If you don't mind, I'll appreciate your stopping by my house after work." "Alright, but not after work. See you during the weekend, sorry about your job." I disappeared into the building before Anita even noticed because she'd been looking down all the while.
