At the peak of a snowy mountain stood a millennium year old mansion. The breeze was cold and freezing. The mansion was painted a radiant white, shining like a beacon, symbolising the bridge between realms. and at the front of the gate, kan- song stood graciously. He grasped the umbrellas handle with a firm yet playful grip. With a flick of his wrist, he sent it spinning, its colourful canopy twirling like a miniature tornado above the frosty ground, etching a circular pattern as it rotated. With a final flourish, he brought the umbrella to a stop, its canopy settling softly around the metal ribs like a bird folding its wing. He smiled, satisfied with his impromptu display of whimsy.
The mansion was the gateway between life and death. It represented the heavens and underworld, a place of sanctity located in the middle of nowhere, highly feared by evil spirits and forces. A place of reckoning known as the yin border, the workplace of the divine envoy.
The gates noticed his presence and automatically opened, granting him entry. He blinked slowly, showing off his enchanting Hazel eyes before walking into the straight hall. The walls were adorned with intricate carvings, depicting symbols of powers from various cultures: The Ankh, the om, the celtic cross, and the phoenix.
These ancient emblems seemed to pulse with a gentle, ethereal glow, as it infused with the essence of life. A soft whispery breeze carassed his skin, carrying the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the faint whisper of forgotten memories. The air was alive with an otherwordly energy, making the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end. The wall was bathed in a mesmerising display of light and shadow, as delicate crystal formations suspended from the ceiling reflected a kaleidoscope of colours. The light seemed to emanate from an unseen source, as if the very essence of life is radiating from the walls themselves, casting a hypnotic glow across the surroundings.
They were lots of round tower shelves, positioned strategically, filled with the scrolls of humans, spirits, and natural orders. Each piece of scroll accurately contained the life activities of men as it instantly took into notice and recorded every bit of its respective human actions. It symbolised the connection between the world and the afterlife.
Those with clean records were escorted by soul guardians into the home of patriots - a special place for the righteous souls while the bad eggs were sent into the abyss - the well of torment.
Kan walked towards the end of the hall, at the far end of the hall, a shimmering veil marked the threshold between worlds, its gossamer folds vibrating with an intense, pulsating energy The mythical curtain appeared to be woven from the very fabric of reality, beckoning the brave and the curious to cross into the unknown.
The curtain divided and flung out, revealing a woman who was in her late 50s, operating a hologromatic laptop. " You summoned me. Do we have a problem?" kan asked as he took a bite of the apple on her desk.
" All is well. " The woman replied as she shifted her gaze to him, pulling off her spectacle. Her name was Lord danvey. The divine envoy, the keeper of the yin border.
" Where is arkush, your mentee? " Kan asked.
" He went for the soul reaping service. You've done a good job capturing the demon. Well done.
" Yeah, yeah..."
" But the fox spirit with the demon is still wreaking havoc. You need to find her. " Lord danvey interrupted.
"That should wait. I've been working with you for thousands of decades, yet you refuse to use your clairvoyance abilities to look a little further into the future and search for her. " kan stated, feeling devastated.
Lord danvey shook her head. "we work with principles. This is the life you chose. After dumping your royalty for a slag- a slut!..."
"Shut the f**k up!" Kan shouted furiously, he stretched his left hand, summoning a dark purplish energy between his palms as he walked closer towards her, his steps in sync, moving conspicuously with a murderous look.
The divine envoy bent her neck to the left and laughed out loud. " You must have forgotten, your powers and strength are useless before me. You no longer possess the power of a God but that of a demi - God. "
Kan boiled with rage but he could do nothing, he stopped for a while. " just do it. " he said, as he finally relented.
" You've spent the past millennium of numbers, living your life in regret, hoping for her return. For her to be reborn remains a probability, her nature could probably be shifted, she might be a man like you or... a monkey." She said, rudely." Your unfailing and unfathomable love for her makes you weak. "
"Just watch and wait, I'll find her, regain my powers and put an end to you. " He said with boldness and confidence, smiling at her. She stared at him and put her glasses on. " Just do your work, for now, you remain my servant.
A white crystalline portal appeared at his back, he moved backwards and slowly, he entered the portal and returned to the human world.
KAN INVESTMENT
A blue vehicle rode pass the express way and stopped beside the kan investment company. The rear door opened and a nice - looking lady, attractive to the core, walked out of the car, she put on a deep black sunglasses and swerved her newly made hair. She had a sexy figure, dressed in a seductive white gown, exposing her well curved hips, her outstanding and addictive laps reflected the sunlight, with her little blue eyes, pink lips and slight makeup. she attracted lots of people. Her two soft protruding breast were partially left open, humbling the men she passed by, deliberately making them to seek her comfort as her dressing and exquisite features gave out s****l pleasures to the physical senses.
She worked enticely into the company with her red shoulder bag, holding a pass card. The young mistress of Hang jewelleries- miss Kate. She had been told that the master of the investment company was a multi billionaire who loved good taste. Since other investment companies rejected her proposals, she must do all she could to strike a deal even if it entails seducing him and cuddling him in bed.
She was ushered into his office by two security agencies, then had the door closed behind her. She looked around the office and was fascinated at the amount he spent to design the office. His office was like a heavenly paradise. She stared at the man sitting on a rotating chair, at the edge of the office, turning his back on her. The seat rotated slowly. She was finally going to meet the god of handsomeness as she was told, a man of high reputation and honour, in whom she could pledge her loyalty but...
" Ahh!!" Her voice rang out, sinking in the air. Was he the man everyone in Korea was dying to share a bed with? Has she been brainwashed all this while? She breathed heavily an panted.
" What's wrong young mistress? Aren't I as handsome as my master? I'm Mike, the senior p.a to the c.e.o you want to partner with. " Mike stated, amazed by her action.
" Alright. " Kate said, nodding. " I want to meet him, your boss." She spoke, her lips moving slowly.
Within few seconds, the hinges of the door next to the office opened. Kan - song stepped in, she curiously raised her face towards his direction and...
Her blood ran cold, her nerves tingled and her heart trembled as she beheld his presence. She felt this surge - this strong feeling. She wanted to see the true definition of handsomeness but instead, she was given a precious gift. She met an angel.
