At a lonely garden, filled with colourful flowers and engrossed with natural scent controlled by the phenomenon of nature, feint sounds of footsteps were heard. Kan approached the garden, a shimmering aura of iridescent light enveloped him. The air was alive with a sweet scent of blooming cherry blossoms and the soft chirping of exotic birds. A delicate crystal bridge stretched before him, arching over a serene pond that reflected the vibrant hues of the sky.
With each step, the bridge sang a gentle, ethereal melody, as if the very essence of the garden was welcoming the demigod. The soft, luminescent glow of lanterns, crafted from the delicate petals of flowers, illuminated with the path ahead. The personal assistant to the senator walked around the garden, picking bright colourful flowers and arranging it into a basket.
She noticed the shuffling of leaves behind her and smiled, knowing fully well who the person was.
" You keep pestering me. Have you come to murder me?" Her soft whispery voice carassed his ears.
Kan song sighed under the shade of his umbrella. " Sorry friend, but I think it's time. You've been wanted by the yin border for 3 years. No more tricks. "
" Hmmm. " She breathed easily, her finger tips, fondling the flowers. " That's good news. I've tasted the blood of diverse humans. Yours should taste sweeter. " She uttered.
The fox spirit stood poised, her slender form radiating an aura of fierce intensity. Her eyes, like two glittering stars, shone with a fierce inner light, illuminating the surrounding landscape with an ethereal glow. The air around her seemed to vibrate with anticipation, as if the very essence of the garden was focusing its energy through her.
As she prepared to strike, her eyes shone with a red vapour blazed with a fierce, otherworldly power, casting a hypnotic spell that seemed to draw the demigod in. Her gaze was like a vortex, pulling all light and energy towards her, leaving only darkness and shadow in its wake. The radiance was so intense that it seemed to sear the air around her, leaving behind a trail of glittering, star-like embers. Like a supernova exploding in the darkness, she pulled out claws from her hands and attacked him with an unexplainable speed. She rushed him and threw her arm forth, to bore a hole in his chest. Whoops! He was nowhere to be found. What was left was a hanging red umbrella, staying aloft in the air without being held.
She was stunned and looked around but saw no one. It was then, kan song bursted out of the air, kicking her from behind, pinning her to the floor.she sat like a recoiled spring, ready to unleash a devastating attack. Her eyes still shone with an inner fire, casting a fierce, unsettling glow across the landscape as she stood up and attacked him ferociously, moving her hand hastily towards him in a bid to cut his flesh but he dodged all her moves, jumped high in the air, stretched his legs and kicked her violently on the head, knocking her down again. She tried to stand, but he brushed her legs off the floor, sending her in the air before landing a vigorous blood on her belly.
She fell flat on the floor and gulped out blood from her mouth, as she tried to regain her stance, he moved hastily towards her with his right palms covered in blue flames, pushing the enchantment into her body, detaching her soul from her body. He pushed the lifeless body aside and moved towards her floating soul. He stretched his right palm, summoning his weapon, the magical umbrella shrunk. As the transformation accelerated, its shape began to blurr and shift, its edges growing indistinct. The metal tip began to stretch and elongate, forming a delicate, almost translucent point that shone like a star. The handle , now like a slender, glowing thread, seemed to pulse with an inner energy as it developed to a magnificent sword on touching his palm, with reddish flames emitting from it
He stabbed the soul with the sword, his ears deafened with the loud scream from her body as he watched the soul plead for mercy, slowly dissociating and vanishing into the air like fine dust particles. Her scream seemed to alert people who were nearby, and they all walked towards her direction.
Kan would have left, but seeing her body gradually returning to its nature and to prevent a clamour, he waved his palm at her, altering her features. With gentle fingers, he touched the air, a warm golden light emanated from his hand, filling the air with the sweet scent of blooming cherry blossoms.
His divine energy infused into her body, stirring the dormant essence within. Petals of delicate pink and white started to unfurl from the tip of her head, like the first blush of dawn.
As his power coursed into her form, her limbs began to relax, releasing their tension. Her skin, once sleek and vibrant, now softened and lengthened, morphing into tender shoots that burst forth with blossoms. The flowers swayed gently as if danced by an unseen force.
The P.A.'s face, once a picture of fierce determination, now transformed into a serene, peaceful visage. Her eyes, once bright with cunning, closed, and from their sockets bloomed two delicate, star shaped flowers. The petals shimmered with a soft, ethereal glow, as if the essence of the fox spirit soul still lingered.
His magic wove a tapestry of life and death, as her body became a garden of vibrant, fragrant blooms of flowers that gently rustled as the breeze passed through them
" may your essence bloom forever. " He reverenced before her corpse before his body began to blur in the air, shimmering and dissolving like mist in the morning sun. His form disintegrated into the thin air as he disappeared out of sight whilst the people emerged.
He walked briskly into his magnificent duplex and opened the door. He was flabbergasted to find Mike standing, trembling and raising his hands as a symbol of surrender. He was puzzled at first until he heard the c*****g of a pistol behind him.
He looked back and was stunned, his heart almost skipping a beat. Didn't he... How could she... was she... No, that wasn't possible.
What was clara doing in his apartment, pointing a pistol at his forehead.
