Miss Kate tried so hard to create an entirely spurious impression that the jewellery company was thriving and at its peak, carefully fabricating solid evidences and giving out all her possible best to escape Kan- songs tricky questions, but he was too hard, to tough on her.

" So you're trying to insinuate that your newly registered company has all these assets in their possession? "

" Of course. " Kate answered, sweating profusely. She never thought that his handsome angel could be so tough on her. She had racked her brain exclusively in a bid to create a conscious impression of the company in his mind. She felt degraded. This was the first time she was appearing so nude, sensual,open, and erotic to a man whom she never shared a bed time with. " While she was still racking her brain, there came the next question.

" Young mistress, since you are in possession of all these assets and documented portfolios, I presume you don't need a 3rd parties assistant. Why on earth do you need an investor? This portfolio seems fake, isn't it?"

Kate chuckled, giggling softly. " I don't understand what you mean, sir. " She replied cunningly, smirking mischievously.

Kan put up a charming smile, and he exasperated. His subtle motions quivering her. She became disturbed and uneasy. There was never a plan B in her scheme. Never had she thought he would see through her.

He smiled sweetly. " Then I think I should tell you this. " He heaved a sigh and made known to her his exploits. " Right when your family began their preparations to build the company, I knew every detail, I've begun my scout before your company was established and have every detail I need to know at hand. " He stretched his body whilst she watched him confused and in utter amazement. She never realised that he was such a business tycoon and investment specialist. He brought out a file from his drawer and chucked it to her. " These are the authentic information about your company, transactions, and other secrets you never knew about. " He stated wisely, staring at her, peering into her eyes, instilling deep fear, morality, and high respect into her mind.

During their meeting, kate's elaborate charade of the company's prosperity was skillfully exposed by kan, who had been secretly monitoring the firm's struggles, including its dwindling production and discreet layoffs, leaving her deception utterly unraveled and her composure shattered. She was silent and meek. Although she never thought of being outsmarted in her own game, she adored him and appraised him. Maybe this was the reason he was being treated preferentially and with high adoration. Maybe this was his source of reputation. She gazed at him in awe. He was brainy, intellectual, and a business guru.

For the first time, she felt a sincere connection of mutual trust and confidence. She was ready to sacrifice everything to ensure she got him. She was ready to tag along.

" What are you going to do now? Throw me out? And leave our company in ruins? " She asked, looking at him with hope of the unknown, drowned in fear, requesting for pity.

Kan stood up, walked to her, took her hand, and pulled her up, bringing her closer to himself. She stared at him, her eyes burning with intensity. She brought her eyelids together as she sincerely succumbed to her presumed request of him kissing her passionately, as she made way to lean in and travel with him into a land so far away. She felt his strong hand push her aside vigorously.

" Your company is young and promising. " He stared at her once more with a scrutiny far beyond what her emotion could comprehend. " Go home. Within 2 hours, I'll send a sum of 20 billion dollars, don't worry anymore. "

She was startled, and her body frozen to the amount of money he was willing to invest, despite her wrong attitude, her eyes widening in disbelief. Her first move to make him invest worked out successfully and now, it was time for her next action, to make him love her and integrate him into a part of her life or maybe, a night would be enough. She nodded and ran out in uttermost happiness.

Kan- song stood, feeling exhausted. Suddenly, he felt a string of strange impulses, a sinister and malicious sensation. With his keen abilities and possession of divine magic, his eyes scanned through the depths of the heart of men, ravaging their souls, transversing through diverse landscapes, cultures and places, searching through the innermost parts of buildings, skyscrapers and underworld apartments. Then he paused suddenly and exhaled hot air

Kan stood tall, his imposing figure radiating an aura of divine power. His eyes gleamed with an otherworldly intensity, shining like sapphires in the dimly lit cavern. The air around him seemed to distort, as if reality itself was bending to accommodate his benevolent presence.

As he prepared to hunt his elusive quarry, his gaze burned with an inner fire. His eyes flashed brighter, illuminating the dark recesses of the building, casting eerie shadows on the walls. The air grew heavy with anticipation, charged with the promise of destruction.

The ground trembled beneath his feet as he raised his hands, and the earth seemed to writhe in agony. his power was a palpable force, warping the fabric of reality.
