Blind
In a dense lush green forest, a boy was running on a hill barefoot. Down the hill he went he encountered a road. A sudden truck came at full speed and the boy got hit. When he woke up, fully covered with pitch black, he got up to turn on the lights.
With this journey to ON the lights he stumbled and fell, creating many noises. With every second that went by, he became more
Nervous and scared. He himself didn't know why, but this feeling kept on growing and growing. Suddenly, the door opened, and the boy felt something hard and heard an unfamiliar voice saying "Mr, please sit down,". "Who are you? Please ON the lights"
Everyone present there was confused by this statement because the lights were ON. Then someone said "but sir, the lights are ON." The room was filled with silence for around two to three minutes, then, when the boy came to his senses he said "what are you talking?, then why is it still dark over here? And why am I not able to see you?" The doctor said "Mr, please calm down, what we have to say is that you have become blind." The boy stood there in silence, scared and shivering. He then said "can you please ask everyone to leave here? I want to talk to you in private."
The doctor agreed and asked everyone to leave, leaving these two alone in the room. "What do you want to talk about? If it's about blindness, then you don't have to worry about it. It is a curable cause, so there's nothing to worry about" said the doctor. "Nothing to worry about? Are you kidding me?" said JK.
"See, I understand your concern, but it's not a serious, non-treatable situation, plus with family and friends it will get treated in a jiffy. So there is nothing to worry about, child" the doctor said as he patted JK's head softly and gently filled with care, concern and love. Wait, love? What's that? He thought and said "I ... have no parents, nor friends, and currently I have no place to stay, so... can I stay at your place?" JK asked the doctor and the doctor replied "huh?"
