(Engine hissed) The double door opened allowing Vincent to step in. This time he seated at the back part of the passenger bus and beside the glass window on his right. When the service cab began to roll its wheels away from its place, the passenger bus which Vincent ride in did the same thing. They both rolled their wheels to the opposite direction. As the speed of the passenger bus increases, the black skinned man's eyes are still lock onto it. He stood up and take some step but not crossing the roadside, and remain staring at the passenger bus moving away. _______________________________________ The night fall came. Time | 1 AM onwards. Date | Saturday Vincent was sleeping well in his bedroom with his mouth opened and lightened only by a small lamp idling beside the digital alarm clock. The light of it isn't enough to brighten the whole room, to avoid disturbance of sleep. (Digital clock ticking) No other noises can be heard except the sound of the thinnest hand of the digital alarm clock that is ticking every second. Below his bare feet are hands that suddenly showed up and gently gripping the short wooden bar of the bed that reaches only the feet's ankle. It was very dark in color when lightened by the lamp. The hands was followed by the head covered by thick and loose hair as it slowly reveals itself into the light, but his face couldn't be seen clearly. Then it began to crawl over Vincent's legs in a slow manner and without making any disturbing noise. His body is revealed, he's not wearing an upper shirt and his lower dress is just a dirty pants full of torn parts. It was the dark skinned man whom Vincent had a weird staring moment during his travel. When his head matches the face of Vincent, he gently lifted his right hand and gently covers Vincent's mouth. “Huh?–Hmph!” Vincent was wakened up, his broad eyes shows that he was startled and frightened by his sudden appearance. He wanted to scream but he couldn't, he wanted to get off the bed too but because of the overwhelming fear in his chest, it makes his limbs feel weak to move. The eyes of it is glowing in red colour and it makes Vincent feel more frightened. In his mind, this entity that is seating over his belly and staring down at him is a devil who wanted to harm him. The devil stick his left thumb on his lips and bites it. When his blood comes out, he began to trace a symbol at the center of Vincent's forehead, and began speaking a strange language. Vincent has no idea what the devil was doing, he just closed his eyes because of too much fear. (Devil stops speaking strange language) The tracing is done, and it was a symbol of a devil's eye. “Don't be afraid...” the devil gently touches down his left palm on Vincent's right cheek while gently tilting his head, he could feel the overwhelming fear of his shaking. Vincent opened his eyes little by little to lessen his fear of looking at the devil's face. “Because your life, is about to change...” the devil untouches Vincent's cheek. “Consider this, as a gift.” his head stops tilting, then his left thumb touches down the mark that he traced on Vincent's forehead. A vision suddenly showed up to Vincent's mind created by a burst of flame. Vincent saw a humanoid shadow moving strangely inside a circle of huge flames. Its eyes are the same from the devil and it was transporting instantly from one place to another, according to its will. The shadow could also summon a black dagger created by a twirling burst of flame on its right hand. This dagger never leaves its hand no matter how far it was thrown. It also creates a trail of flame when it's blades hits a target. The shadow uses its abilities to kill anyone according to its desire, and as many as it wants. It could also see the past events of its victims by placing its left thumb at the center of their foreheads, where the hidden eye is located. The devil raise his left thumb and the vision was gone as the flames expanded and explodes in Vincent's mind. The mark created by the devil's blood on Vincent's forehead was absorbed by his skin till it's no longer visible. “This power is yours... Use this, to kill as many as you want...” the devil's left hand gently touches down Vincent's right cheek. “As long as you have this power. No one can take you down.” the devil unbends his back but still covering Vincent's mouth. He spreaded his arms wide open as his head is looking up at the ceiling. Then lines of flames began to show up on his skin, crawling in any directions like a vein till it filled his whole body. Vincent still couldn't speak and move an inch while watching the magical but frightening appearance of the devil. The burning lines becomes brighter and brighter, like it was starting to burn him alive. Then all of a sudden. “Finally.” his red glowing eyes rolls down to Vincent again. “I am, free...” (Skin crackles) The devil dissolves as the flame fully swallowed his body and burned him to shimmering ashes that only existed in a very short time, and without affecting anything in the room including Vincent. When its gone, Vincent is now finally able to move. He unrest his back, seated on the bed with a heavy breathing and wipes his forehead to feel if there is blood on it. But when he take a look at his hands, he saw nothing. He's still not satisfied, so he get off the bed and headed to the bathroom. He wanted to get rid of what the devil did put on his forehead, fearing that it might be a curse or something that is much worse although he already had seen the vision of an incredible devil's power. He tapped the light switch built on the wall beside his left shoulder and the light was turned on. Vincent faces the rectangular mirror hanging on the wall and above the washbasin. He looked closer to it with worried eyes while touching his forehead.
