 ~Avery's P.O.V.~

When Mia left Mike's office he explained the whole werewolf world thing, and he give me his number if I ever had any questions. When Mia dropped me off she went back

the way she came. I got in my car and drove back to the house and walked into two worried parents "Im home" I yelled as i walked up stairs "Avery sweetie can you come

down for a second?" my mom asked "yeah" i walked into the living room and sat down on the couch "Avery have you seen or heard from your sister?" "yeah, why?" "well

she hasn't been home in two days, so I call that little girl Callie's parents and they said that she hasn't been there" well s**t there goes that plan "do you know

where she might be?" "well the last I saw her was at a lake i go to after school" I lied "ok then where did she go after that?" "i don't know, i've been hanging out

in town all day" i lied again, damn this must be what Mia feels like all the time "ok so were going to call the police to send out a search party for her" my dad said

"don't worry about the police, I'll go out and see if she's at the lake-" i was cut off by my phone ringing, it was Mike "hello?" "Avery?" "yes" my parents looked at

me confused "did Mia happen to go home with you?" "no why?" "well she was suppose to be back 20 minutes ago and she never came, and that isn't like her" "do you think

she might have taken another path?" I asked walking up to my room "no all the pathes to the main road take 20 minutes each" "oh well, have you sent out people to look

for her?" "yeah-" he paused "Mike?" no answer "Mike" no response "MIKE!" "what did you say" he said worried "whats wrong, what happened?" "they found her scent but

they also found her father's scent and a few others, then it vanished" he said worried "maybe they have a witch with them" he mumbled "witches egsist?!" "oh did i

forget to tell you that" he chuckled "you think" i said in a duh tone "hey call me back in the morning, i might know where she is" "ok, bye Avery" he hung up, I went

to sleep worried about my little sister. The next day I woke up and got ready, I planned on skipping school to go back to Mike and his pack. About 45 minutes later I

was by the lake waiting for mike to come get me "Avery!" i heard Mike's voice from the tree's "Mike?" "yeah its me" he walked oout of the trees worried "so I think

that she might be on her father's land, since she refused to join his pack" I said "dammit she's our strongest worrior" he said "Mia strong? ahahahahahaha" i laughed

"you know she could break you in seconds" I continued my laughing "you know for the people who don't know about this world we have to act weak" "ok" i said stopping my

laughing "I know the way to his pack if you need me" "no you are human, I wouoldnt put you-" he stopped and his eyes fogged up, after a moment a smile spread accross

his face, a big one my I add. "she's alive just locked up in his dungons" he said sadly "well what are you waiting for go I'll go back to school, just call me if you

find her ok?" "can do little one" he said then ran off into the woods. I arrived at school not to late and went into class. The entire day I was was worried about Mia,

around luch Mike called me "hey did you find her?" i asked as soon as I answered the phone "hey Avery" Mia's voice was weak "MIA!" I basically yelled causing all eyes

to look my way "where are you!" i said causing me to get confused looks "Mike's dropping me off at the house" i stood up and basically ran out of the school and drove

to the house. When I got to the house I ran up stairs to Mia's room and saw that the had cut all over her and a black eye, my parents looked worried as hell "Mia" I

said as i walked into her room, my parentes looked away from a sleeping Mia "do you know who dropped her off?" my dad asked "no, why?" I lied "Just wondering since the

looked like he was in his 40's" i had a fake confused look on my face "Avery" Mia whispered "yeah it's me" "can we have the room?" she asked, mom and dad shook their

head then walked out of her room "did your father do this to you?" i asked as mom and dad walked out of the room "yes" "what happened?" "well I was on my way back to

my pack then I blacked out, then woke up mind-linked Mike, then he cut me with silver and poured wolfbain on me, then he was telling me he would stop if I joined his

pack" she paused for a minute then smirked "hold on imma get the moongodess down here" "the moon goddess?" i asked confused "the goddess of all werewolves. Hey lock

my door and make sure mom and Tom dont get in here" i stood up and locked the door, when I turned around I saw a random woman in her room "hello little pup, what can

I do for you?" the woman asked Mia "hello moongoddess, I would like to report a rogue alpha" Mia said not fazed "oh dear, and who might this alpha be?" "Alpha Willium"

"and why would you like to report him?" she questioned Mia "well I was on my way back to my rogue land minding my own bussines and then he kidn*pped me and tortured

me, may I add I was miles away from his land" "oh dear, that is against the rules. I will have his power stripped. Oh and little pup who is this alpha to you?" "my

father" Mia said sadly, the moon goddess had a shocked and pissed look on her face "oh dear, he tortured his own daughter?" "yes" "well when I strip his power as

alpha you will be the luna" "oh god NO!" "why? do you not want to be luna?" "I do just not to that pack" the moon goddess nodded her head then dissapeared out of thin

air "where did she go?" I asked refering to the sudden disapearence "she has the power to do that. Remember when you saw me by the lake and the water started rising?"

i nodded my head "as a hybrid I have the power to control water"
