A year long plan

It's Mr Ainosuke, what's he doing out here? He looks, kind of sad and alone. I know what'll cheer him up! "Hi there, you can try it, if you want!" Tadashi looked at the young boy with a friendly smile, offering his skateboard. "Here, let me show you!"

"Are you sure?" Ainosuke asked shyly.

"Mmhm!" Tadashi nodded. "I don't mind!" Tadashi took his hand. "Come on." He encouraged. He pulled Ainosuke up.

"Aah!" "It's moving!"

"Here, you can use me to help you balance."

"Okay!" "I'm on!" He laughed.

"Awesome, let's try something else." "You gotta kick to get it moving." "Wow, looking good!" "Alright, way to go Ainosuke!" The two kids were skating together and for Ainosuke's first time on a board, he did rather well. Tadashi didn't know what made Ainosuke upset, but he knew it must have been something to do with his family. He didn't want to ask too many questions, but found a way to understand what was happening.

It first started off with Tadashi sneaking in to the house, he would overhear parts of conversations, followed up by painful sounding hits. Often times when he'd skate with Ainosuke, Tadashi noticed him holding his wrists. Knowing what was going on, made Tadashi angry. He knew there wasn't much he could do, but knew of a way he could get proof. He wasn't too sure why he wanted to do it, but if his family were the ones hurting Ainosuke, he would do something, far worse and one day it will pay off.

Eventually he told Ainosuke his plan.

"What?!" "So, you know everything?!" "Well, it's hard not to notice, I see you, looking the way you do, after some little ridiculous thing!" "It sickens me and something needs to be done about this!" "You are my friend, you matter and mean a lot to me!"

"But why?" "What for?"

"It's like I told you, they're horrible people, you're probably the only good thing from that family!" "With them, it's money and corruption, and you are nothing like them!" "I honestly sometimes wish you were my little brother, we would play games, watch movies, stay up late!"

This time it was Tadashi who was crying. "And, and, you would be very much loved, by me and my family!" "My dad's a really kind man, I bet if you were to ever meet him, he'd love you and take care of you as if you were his own child!" "Ainosuke I just want you to be happy!"

"Wouldn't filming them and showing how horrible they are to everyone, make us just as horrible as they are?"

"Maybe, but sometimes, it's better to know the truth and show it to them, so they understand." "I'm sorry, you probably think I shouldn't and don't want me to, they are still your family."

"No, I agree with what you said, they'll hate us for doing it and once it's done, there's no going back!" "But I can't help but wonder what they'll think, when they're the ones who will be punished!"

"Thank you Ainosuke, I'm glad you're not upset with me, I would hate for that to happen." "For you to feel that way about me."

Ainosuke nodded with agreement.

"Mm, buuut, how will you be able to do all of that?!"

Tadashi laughed all sheepish.

"I'll, find away!"
