Our new home

Ainosuke woke up. Did I fall asleep in the helicopter? Ainosuke was still tired after a long day, but his memory of what happened started appearing in his mind before he fell asleep. Oh right, we bought a new house. Tadashi must have carried me inside and put me straight to bed. What a sweet little gentleman he is! Ainosuke looked to the other side of the bed he was in. Oh, he fell asleep next to me. Tadashi had his arms out, which looked as though, he was hugging air.

Ainosuke shuffled closer. Is this what you wanted my darling? Ainosuke adjusted himself, so he could lay comfortably in Tadashi's arms. I must be a very lucky person to have you. For you to voluntarily stay by my side all those years, you really are something incredible! Ainosuke hugged Tadashi, who made some happy mumbling sounds. He closed his eyes again and stayed in bed a little longer.

This isn't the first time we've slept in the same bed together. The way I remember it, Tadashi somehow snuck into my bed one night, we were just kids. At the time, although we never spoke about it, I thought he must have had a nightmare. It was a lot like now. I no longer think that was the case and that, perhaps you were there to comfort me. But, by the time it was morning, you were already gone.

Ainosuke woke up, Tadashi had already gotten out of bed. He could smell food cooking downstairs. Ainosuke sat up and stretched. His hair was all tussled from lying down. He put on a bathrobe and slippers, and went down. "Morning Aino!" Tadashi was in a happy mood. "Would you like breakfast?"

"A,Aino?!" Ainosuke repeated.

"Something wrong?" "Would you prefer Ainosuke?"

"No, no, I was just not expecting you to call me that, uh and yes, please, breakfast would be lovely!"

"You call me puppy all the time, I think it makes sense for me to give you a nickname too, don't you think?" Ainosuke smiled at the thought.

"I suppose so, Dashi."

"Dashi, I like that." "Here you go." Tadashi served Ainosuke a bowl of Tamago Gohan, which was rice with egg yolk, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

"Thank you." Ainosuke politely took the bowl.

Tadashi took a bowl for himself and sat at the table with him.

"This is very good." Ainosuke said, sounding very pleased.

Tadashi smiled. "Good, I'm glad to hear you're enjoying my cooking." "Would you like anything else?"

"What are you a waiter?" "I appreciate the offer, but I can serve myself too, you know." "Thank you though." Ainosuke spoke kindly.

Ainosuke has changed quite a lot recently, I hope he's okay. I'm so used to the way he'd just order me around. I suppose I may have to expect these new changes, which may just be for the better! Ainosuke finished his breakfast, cleaning up after himself. He put the bowl back in the cupboard and took out a glass, and sat back down with a glass of water.

"I decided I want to take a break from skating at Crazy Rock for a while."

"So soon?"

"I know this now means I have more time to skate, but right now, the one thing I would like to do, is travel the world with you." "If you are willing to join me, that is."

"We can and I would be happy to, but I will also need to get a new job soon and so should you." "If we'll be living together from now on..."

"We should do something together!" Ainosuke interrupted.

"What, like start a business?"

"Yes, exactly that."

"Um, I mean, I don't see why we couldn't but do you have any ideas of what you would even do?"

"Ha ha, not right now."

"Ah ha, I see, you don't have a plan, but it's not a bad shout Ainosuke." He chuckled. "Ok, we can think about that some other time."

"So, where did you want to go then?"

"Oh..." "Silly Pup!" "Do you even need to ask?"
