My Birthday

So the week went by and the thought that still remains in my head is, "When will I see Allic again"? He's all I can seem to think about. Today is my birthday! I'm so excited to finally be an adult. I quickly take a shower and do my makeup. Then I go to my closet and pick out a grey tank top with some white shorts. It's supposed to be hot outside and I plan on going out. I quickly make my way downstairs before my parents have a chance to come upstairs to, " wake me up". I'm sure they heard me moving around upstairs getting ready. I could hear mom and dad moving around. I wonder what they are up to? As I make my way downstairs I see mom elbow dad and mumble something. Then as I walk into the kitchen I see streamers and balloons. And then I peak towards the living room and see foil balloons in the number, "eighteen". 

Mom and dad walk around the corner from the living room and start singing, "Happy Birthday". They have a huge cake that's beautifully decorated with lots of frosting and flowers. The cake has all kinds of different colored flowers on it including roses and sunflowers. It's absolutely breath-taking. I look closer to see the flowers are arrnanged in the number, "eighteen" form. I absolutely love it. They set the cake down and tell me to make a wish. I close my eyes but can only think of one wish. I wish to see Allic again. As I think of my wish I blow out my candles. Dad looks at me and asks me what I wished for. I reply with, "I can't tell you, because if I tell you then my wish won't come true". Then Dad says to me, "fair enough but I hope you get what you wished for". As he says that he reaches in his flannel shirt pocket and pulls out a set of car keys. My am over the moon I have been wanting a car for so long. I never really needed one because anytime I went out I was always with my friends or my parents even though I have my license. Mom and dad hand me the keys and mom guides me outside with her hands over my eyes. When we step outside I am blown away but what waits in the driveway for me. I see a beautiful, black 2019 Jeep, Compass. It's so pretty. It has tinted windows and everything. I jump up and down and begin squealing. Mom and dad thank you so so much for this! I've always wanted a car. I didn't even car if it was used. I just wanted my own car. I love it even more that it's new. It's so sweet. I immediately take a picture of my new car and post it online. I sent a picture of it to my friends too. They both love it. From now on when we go out we can take my car. Amanda agrees because she absolutely loves my car. Mom and dad really did go all out for my eighteenth birthday. I'm over the moon with excitement towards my new car. I wouldn't want anything more. In my opinion this would be enough for me even as an early Christmas present too. Mom and dad seem happy knowing that they did good getting me a car and picking out something that I've been wanting for awhile now. 

After going out to a fancy restaurant with my friends and eating amazing food there I drop my friend's off at their houses and head home for the night. I was so tired that it didn't take long at all for me to fall asleep. And guess who was in my dreams again? Yep, you guessed it, "Allic".
