Roommates?

ROSALIE’s POV Several weeks had passed since Livi passed away. As promised, the quadruplet and members of his biker club ensured my brother had a nice farewell. Hell, I couldn’t have possibly done it without their help and all alone as I was still piecing together parts of my broken heart. I had spent weeks grieving my brother that I’d completely forgotten about dormitory registration for my freshman year until the deadline passed. The campus was almost three hours away from my house, so I couldn’t possibly commute to my classes daily. My best friend Blair unfortunately couldn’t take me in due to dorm rules, and eventually the Quadruplets, who were final-year students at my college, came to my rescue, offering me a spare room at their off-campus apartment. Today was officially the day I moved in with the four biker men. Thinking about it like that, four unmated alpha men and one omega woman living together sounded incredibly weird. There were four incredibly handsome men whom I once had a crush on since the first time I saw them hanging around my brother when I was younger. But… These men never acknowledged me whenever they had to stop by to meet my brother, and even when they did, I was regarded as their friend’s baby sister, which also made me a “baby” in their eyes, so best believe my crush was completely one-sided. Technically, that was perfect for our awkward living arrangement. I got out of the cab when it finally came to a stop in front of a luxurious apartment building. I pulled my bags out of the trunk and made my way inside. Adrain had already given me instructions on how to get in, and I was told the door would be left open for me since they weren’t going to be home by the time I arrived. “Oh my goodness,” I breathed in disbelief when I entered their apartment. The building exterior had already set my expectations high, yet this still managed to exceed them. “This must be my room,” I muttered when I noticed the third room down the hallway. I walked over and I pushed the door open slowly. The room was surprisingly cozy. A queen-sized bed sat neatly against one wall, fresh gray sheets already spread over the mattress. There was a study desk by the window, a bookshelf, a wardrobe, and even a small television mounted on the wall. It was… nice. Really nice, actually. A faint scent of fresh linen lingered in the air, making it feel as though someone had cleaned the room recently in preparation for my arrival. “They actually got it ready for me,” I murmured. I rolled my suitcase inside and began unpacking my clothes, hanging dresses inside the wardrobe before arranging my textbooks on the desk. It wasn’t much, and after nearly an hour, I was done settling in. Just as I was about to slide the empty suitcase beneath the bed, I noticed a cardboard box tucked neatly into the corner. My brows furrowed, and I walked over and picked it up. Written across the top in black marker were the words: Levi’s belongings. There was also a small sticky note attached. Thought you might want these. I hesitated for a moment, debating if I truly wanted to look into the box. I felt tears pricking the corner of my eyes, and immediately dropped the note, as if it burned me, and took a step back. I couldn’t bring myself to open the box; I wasn’t ready yet. I didn’t think there’d be a time when I could go through Levi’s belongings without breaking down, but for now I could postpone it. Needing a distraction, I sent a quick text to Blair letting her know I had already arrived at campus. She replied excitedly, asking me to come over. Her infectious bubbly personality was exactly what I needed, so I didn’t think twice before accepting her invitation. Twenty minutes later, I arrived at the freshman dormitory. The moment Blair spotted me walking down the hallway, she practically launched herself at me. “Omg I missed you!” She wailed dramatically and hugged me a bit tighter before pulling away. “I’ve missed you too,” I smiled. “Are you okay?” She asked, her pitch now lower, and her bright eyes shone with worry. I knew exactly what she was talking about, so I quickly nodded my head with a small smile. I needed a distraction, not a safe space to talk about depressing stuff. Luckily, Blair immediately understood and pulled me inside their dorm room. Her room was a decent size with two student beds on opposite ends, both ends decorated with contrasting vibrant personalities. On the bed on the right side, a red-haired girl sat and waved when she noticed me. “This is Arabella, my roommate.” Blair said and turned to Arabella, “And this is Rosalie, my best friend.” She introduced me with a cheeky grin. “Nice to meet you,” I said warmly. “Likewise. Are you guys coming to tonight’s party?” Arabella asked. “What party?” Blair and I asked in sync. “There’s a freshman welcome party tonight.” She announced. “It’s basically the biggest event of orientation week. Everyone goes.” “Heck yes, we should totally go!” Blair said enthusiastically. “I don’t know…” “Think about it, you know you need this.” Blair urged, staring right into my eyes. Maybe she was right; I came here in search of a distraction after all, and what better way than a good ol’ party where their music would be so loud that it’d drown the noise in my head. At least for tonight. “You know what?” Blair gasped dramatically. “Is that a yes?” I laughed. “Yeah.” She squealed loud enough to make Arabella flinch a little; already used to her, I didn’t even blink in surprise. “Perfect!” Arabella shut her laptop with a grin. “Then we’d better get you something cute to wear,” Blair smirked. “I’m sure I could find something fitting for myself.” Blair gave me an unconvinced look and headed straight to her section of their wardrobe. Despite further insisting that I most definitely had something to wear for tonight’s party, Blair was convinced my idea of a party dress would be skinny jeans and maybe a simple shirt that showed a bit of cleavage. As much as I wanted to argue with her about that, she was unfortunately right. Moments later, she shoved a red mini strapless dress in my hands with a s**t-hitting grin as she demanded, “Wear this tonight.” I stayed back a bit longer to catch up with Blair, and after about two hours, we said our goodbyes with an agreement to meet later tonight at the location of the party. By the time I got back to the apartment building, the sun was already beginning to set. I hummed softly as I rode the elevator up, Blair’s red dress folded neatly over my arm. Maybe tonight wouldn’t be so bad after all. I reached the apartment and pushed the front door open. The first thing I saw was a shirtless Lucian. He was sprawled lazily across the living room couch, one arm resting over the backrest and the other gripping the hair of a stunning brunette who knelt between his spread legs. Her perfectly manicured fingers curled around his thighs while her head bobbed beneath his waist as Lucian groaned in pleasure. She was giving him a blow job! Heat rushed violently to my cheeks as my eyes darted down from his toned nakęd chest on display down to his center covered by the lady. I stood frozen, unable to utter a word or look away. At least until Lucian finally noticed my presence as his gaze locked on me. The smirk on his face disappeared the instant our eyes met. “…Rosalie?” My mouth fell open. “Oh, my God!”
