Penelope POV
Ashley and I decide to invite Darla to go along to the mall with us and thankfully she agrees. Darla hasn’t been in the mood for obvious reasons but I am so excited to have a girls day with my best friends. It doesn’t take me long to shower, dry my hair, put on some light make up and get dressed in some shorts and a plain white t-shirt. I truthfully never wear shorts, but this California weather is so hot that I can not even fathom wearing jeans today.
Once I am ready I head downstairs to wait for the girls. Once I make it to the huge living room I find Marissa sitting on the couch with a couple of other girls that I have never seen before. As soon as they see me they stop their conversation and glare at me. I have always flown under the radar and never have had girl drama
