Six hours of studying the object left Jenna with more questions than answers. The sensors didn’t penetrate whatever the hell the outer layer was very well, but she had some details of the inside. There was definitely machinery within, but it was spread out rather than being clumped together as she’d expect on a… well, on a normal ship. Or if the object had swallowed something.
