Alpha's Mad Love

Evelyn woke up in a daze and her head was throbbing with pain. She could not help but clutch it with her palms as she tried to determine where she was. She looked around and found that her clothes were strewn across the floor and the room was a mess. She mumbled, “Did I end up on a one-night stand?” Last night was a tragedy for her. She was engaged to a reputed young business person in Cosmo City. This man was one of the brightest talents and has gained a lot of fame in the past few years. However, the truth was that this man achieved all the fame and glory because of Evelyn and her business skills. She had known that person since her college days and she liked him. The two started dating despite the differences in family status, but Mikhail’s effort made Evelyn sincerely love him. Last night, they had just gotten engaged and were having a party with a few close friends. During the party, Evelyn heard how her Fiancé wanted to use her to acquire her family’s wealth. Evelyn was confused but when she found that the man of her dreams was spilling it all to her best friend, whose head was shoved between his crotch. She was angry, heartbroken and felt humiliated. The two people whom she always trusted turned out to be traitors. She wanted to break up with the guy, and barge in there to rip them apart. However, she knew that it would not make a difference. Her actions would just startle the snake. Sitting on the bed, she recalled what happened in great detail. … During the party, Mikhail, Eveline’s fiancé excused himself to the washroom. Evelyn continued to play the host, and it was only after ten minutes when someone asked where the groom was that made her realized that Mikhail was gone. She turned around to look for her best friend Kelly to go and see where he was when the latter was also missing. Thinking that the two had drunk a lot, Evelyn decided to go and check it out for herself. She went to the women’s washroom and was about to enter when a stranger came out and stopped. She said, “Friendly advice, do not disturb that couple in cubicle three, they are going crazy on the hump-action. That woman is a bitch.” That said the lady was left wobbling from side to side. Evelyn was sure that the person was drunk, but what the person said confused her. As she entered the washroom, she heard the voices of two people. At first, she just smiled and brushed it away as a loving couple engaged in a bout of excitement about doing it in public. She was about to call for Kelly, when a masculine voice sounded, “Ugh! Baby, you are so good at it. I love it when you twist that little waist of yours.” Evelyn was stunned and stumbled backward when she realized whom this voice belonged to. She was way too familiar with this voice, as it belonged to the man she loved, and was going to marry in a few days, Mikhail Armani. While she was in a daze, Kelly’s voice echoed in the toilet, “Ahh!, if I am that good, then why are you marrying her? Can she f**k your brains out like me?” Evelyn opened her eyes wide in shock as she knew this voice even better than Mikhail’s. She could not believe that her best friend, who was always like a docile, shy kitten, could talk like that. Her face was drained of blood. It was as if someone pulled the rug from under her feet. The world of dreams she had been creating for herself all this time, was falling apart like cracked glass right before her eyes. Mikhail clicked his tongue and replied, “Why do you have to talk this much? That b***h is worth nothing but the name and fame of the Stark family. The business her father owns is going to be mine. We will rule the city from the top floor of the Stark Tower.” Kelly moaned and the patting noises became even stronger. The two people only stopped when they realized that it was too late. As they came out of the cubicle they found Evelyn leaning against the wall with her hands crossed in front of her chest. The two of them froze and Mikhail said, “Eve, you, what are you doing here?” Evelyn smiled and replied, “I was exploring the washroom when I discovered how big of a pig you are, Mikhail, and how my best friend is a bitch.” Mikhail and Kelly tensed up at this remark. They were still shocked, but they knew Evelyn caught them red-handed. The sarcasm and chill in her eyes made the two shiver. They were really scared of Evelyn at the moment. She seemed like a completely different person. Kelly said, “Eve, it is not like how you think.” Evelyn gazed at her evenly and the smile on her lips was replaced with pure disgust. She walked close to Kelly, and without any warning, she slapped the girl so furiously that it made her hair scattered all over her face. The impact of the slap sent her reeling to the side. Mikhail hurriedly caught her and yelled, “Evelyn, what the f**k are you doing?” Evelyn looked at him provocatively and replied, “Huh~ You told me what I should be doing!? Be glad that it is just a slap across her face and not a kick to your balls, you asshole!” As she was talking, her eyes were dripping with tears. She was hurt, and her heart was burning with rage. If she could, she would have killed these people and ripped them to shreds. She had never felt anything like this before. Kelly raised her head to look at Evelyn and pointed her finger as she yelled, “How dare you slap me? You wench, do you think just because you are pretty you can go around throwing your weight on people? I was the one who introduced you to Mikhail, yet you dared to take him away from me.” Evelyn was stunned and asked, “How did I take him away from you? He was the one who proposed to me, you bitch.” Kelly glared at her through her scattered hair and said, “How did you take him away? You seduced him with your business skills and charmed him with your looks. Don’t think I do not know how you tricked him in the name of those business seminars. You took him away from me, slut!” Profanities were flying from their mouths as if cherry blossoms in spring. Evelyn was so angry that she erupted in laughter, “You delusional woman! He came to me seeking help with his business, and I was kind enough to guide him. Yet you dare to accuse me? Aren’t you two planning to scam and squander my father’s wealth after I get married to him?” This statement stunned the couple, and they realized that their entire conversation had been heard by Evelyn. Mikhail quickly tried to cover up, “Eve, we were joking.” Evelyn looked at him as if he was a fool, and remarked sarcastically, “No wonder she loves you enough to betray me, you two have a similar IQ.” Kelly and Mikhail had never expected this, and then Evelyn took off her engagement ring and threw it into the dustbin by her side. She said, “We are done.” Then she left the washroom and stormed away. She recalled coming outside the club and waving down a cab to herself. She then moved to a hotel for the night. She did not wish to go back home and narrate the story to her father because it was too much for her to process. She got herself a good room and rushed to the elevator. In the elevator, she found a handsome young man wearing a black suit. He had dark brown hair and the most captivating blue eyes that she had ever seen. She did not know what happened to her in that second, she let the guy kiss her, and then all she remembered was following him through the lobby and walking inside the room, and then she was blown to oblivion. … Evelyn looked down at the sheet and found a spot of red. She could not help but blush, because she had given away her precious first time to an unknown stranger. A person she didn't even know anything about. Thinking about it, she fell back into bed feeling sore all over her body. She mumbled, “I wonder if everyone else also feels like they have been run over by a bulldozer after their first night.” … What she did not know was that somewhere in the city, a handsome young man was standing before a French window overlooking the landscape. The young man had his hands stuffed inside his pockets and an old man stood behind him. The old man asked, “Alpha, what are your orders?” The young man replied, “Find the details of the girl I met last night.” The old man was surprised to hear it, and then he said, “Yes, Alpha.”
