Indigo: Her Redemption Mates

***Skye's pov***

My little indigo is sleeping curled up in my lap right now, something tells me she doesn't sleep much or eat much at all. Bolding her is the best and she isn't fighting it either which is a good thing. Lyric and Finn are both looking at me strange so I guess I should probably tell them. "Indigo is my mate guys I found out yesterday, and no shes not a wolf she's human and I think her father hurts her but she won't tell me" I tell them honestly. They both go wide eyed then look at the tiny human in my lap " wow congrats man and yea she looks so small for her height does she know about you?" lyric ask me, I let out a sigh "no but as you can see she trusts me im sure she can feel the pull but not as much as I can" I tell them. "Alright man have you found anything out about her father? how old is she? when are you taking her home with you?" Finn rattles off, i let out a laugh, "slow down there, Axle have you found anything? ,shes eighteen and I want to now but she's afraid of something when I tried asking about the bruises on her arms then I grabbed her waist she screamed then passed out all morning and wont tell me who hurt her but im sure its her father" i tell them

Everyone nods then I turn to Axle " not much out there about her father much like her, other then a past relationship he was in before marrying his wife, the girl got a restraining order on him that was when he was twenty he apparently beat her up one day for no reason" Axle tells the whole table making my growl, Indi moves a little when I do but doesn't wake up. "I need to get her out of there now but she won't tell me that its her father hurting her.." I look down at my small fragile human mate in my arms I lean down taking in her scent "I made her promise to call me if she in danger and she agreed so ima going to be staying at a hotel near by I don't want to be at home if she calls me" I tell everyone. They all end up agreeing to stay with me already wanting to protect there luna. We all talk some more about what we are going to do then Theo tells me its time to wake her up for class so I lean down "hey babygirl its time to wake up" I tell her.

***Indigo pov***

"Hey babygirl its time to wake up" I hear Skye's voice tell me in my ear, did he just call me babygirl. I start to move and let out a small groan I don't want to wake up but I know I have two more classes so I open my eyes and see Skye's green eyes looking at me. I then remember im on his lap and start to blush so put my face into his chest to hide my face. "Hey its okay, but hey we should get you to class why don't you sit with Theo since you have the last two classes together and ill see you after" he say to me. I look up at him and nod "okay" i say to him, he then helps me off his lap then gets up himself. We say goodbye to everyone else and head off to mine and Theo's next class. Skye's hand on my back again guiding me to my class, When we get there he stops outside of the door "well have a good class Ill see you after your last one" he says pulling me into a hug, I freeze for a minute then hug him back talking in his scent. He then whispers something into Theo's ear before he walks away.

I watch him walk away until he disappears around the corner, Theo snaps me out of my trance "Hey come one class is going to start soon" he says holding open the door for me, I smile at him " thank you" i say then walk in. I spot Lillian right away and walk over to her and sit down, Theo sits down right next to me. Lilly turns to me then looks next to me and gasps "Girl where have you been you missed all you classes this morning, and then I saw you walk in with Skye what's going on and even Theo there was getting all you assignments and stuff today" she whispers to me. "I fainted this morning so Skye kept an eye on me,I guess I slept all morning in his car and he. told me I was sitting with him at lunch so I did" I tell her honestly but skip then pain part. She eyes me up and down then looks a Theo then leans in again "I saw you passed out in Skye's lap what's that about I saw him pull you into his lap are. you f*****g him" he lets out with a hiss in my ear making me gasp. "What the hell Lilly he just pulled me into his lap I didn't fight it I was tired and no im not f*****g him" I snap back at her. Before she can say anymore the teacher comes in but im pissed off. Theo turns to me and mouths "are you okay?", I just shrug my shoulders, im not okay im mad my best friend mad about Skye giving me attention its not like I asked for it.

My last classes go by fast, lilly tried to talk to me more but I just ignored her and sat away from her in my last class she pissed me off. I know she's like in lobe with him but damn she doesn't need to be a b***h all a sudden that he's giving me attention and not her. Leaving my last I spot Skye leaning on thr wall across frm my room, he looks up and smiles at me then waves for me to go to him so I do. "Hey there hoe was your last few classes" he says pulling me in for a hug this time i hug him right away, I missed him strangely. I pull away "they were good, was a little annoyed but im okay now" I say with a smile, "oh whys that?" he asks me. I let out a huff "my best friend being mean for no reason but im okay now" I say to him, he smiles down at me "well im sorry she was being mean but im happy your okay now, come on lets get you home" he says putting his arm around me and walking with me. When we get to his car he helps me in then goes to the driver side after waiting for Theo to get in Axle and the other must have drove them selfs. We pull up to my house , i saw good bye to them and Skye tells me to text him I agree then walk away to my house they stay there until im inside. once inside I smile to myself until I hear my father "why the hell are you so happy open your legs again w***e" he yells pulling me back to reality, s**t why os he home early s**t he saw me with them again. Im in big trouble now is the last thing I remember thinking before im punched and fall to the ground.
