Serene’s POV: It didn’t take long to work out the coin in Lexi’s drawing was in fact a pirate doubloon. They did not usually have holes in the centre, however, there was no doubt it was a doubloon. A solid gold coin, that was common amongst pirates, more so back in the 17th century as opposed to now. Lexi had set to work right away, piecing together the information we had and posting them up on the wall. She decided to call it “The wall of weird” which was apparently off a television show she used to watch. She then went on to say, “If you know, you know.” and winked. I will go along with it and just not know, but regardless, it has already proven helpful in showing us connections and making better sense of all that is going on.
