SONIA’S POV
Waking up this morning and preparing for work, all that I’ve been able to think about is how crazy intense the week has been. From Anthony showing up at my team dinner to the thoughtful donut incident and then what happened with Dexter and Anya, all within two days.
I leave the penthouse as soon as my designated driver, Josh, gives me a call to come downstairs. I input my fingerprint and activate the penthouse lock since it’s just me who’s going to be trooping in and out for the time being.
Anthony left very early this morning on a trip and I know that information because he told me himself which was frankly surprising to me. He’d never bothered to tell me about his whereabouts before. Though, he didn’t mention how long he would be away for.
