ANTHONY’S POV
If I hadn’t been so f*****g distracted with everything that’s happened within these few days, I would have found out that the clients I was traveling to meet had emailed me before I got on the plane that they would be in New Jersey instead.
I’ve now flown more than half way across the continent before thinking to check my email. We make an emergency landing and wait for almost an hour to refuel before we’re back up in the air.
Once we are back in New Jersey, the rest of the day breezes by as I get some things done. One of which includes meeting my father to discuss plans of renovating some of the family casino spots that needs urgent makeover.
