CHAPTER 4

Amanda walked out of the shower wrapped in a towel, her long black hair still dripping water from her shower leaving a trail behind her .

Charlie laid down on the bed, but as he heard her walking in he raised his head and looked at her. She walked towards the door and opened it just as celine was about to knock holding a wrapped box.

" Oh hey I was just about to knock this package is for you" She said handing the Box to Amanda.

" You didn't tell me your friend was rich" she said as Amanda gave her a confused look. " What do you mean?" she ask still confused.

" Oh I don't know" Celine said sarcasticlly while tapping her chin with a finger. " How about that expensively wrapped box, or maybe the two Rolls-Royce's parked outside with bodyguards waiting for you" she said.

Amanda's eyes widened and she went and looked out of her bedroom window and sure

enough their were two Black Rolls-Royce's parked in front of their apartment.

Men In Black and white suits patrolled the around their apartment.looking close she saw a Chauffeur standing in front of one of the cars ,he looked down at his watch then he adjusted his tie.

" Am I going to spend the night with the president or is this guy this wealthy" she wondered as she moved away from the window. She walked towards the bed and placed down the box.

Inside was a beautiful Blue dress along with a Black mask and a note.

" Good night Mrs smith, Once again you've chosen wisely as this night is about to change your life forever, inside the package you've received is the appropriate attire to where for tonight along with the mask, your also required to read through the contract provided and return it to me as soon as possible, that's all I have to say at the moment if you have any other questions we will discuss further once you arrive at the mansion.

Amanda placed down the letter then picked up the dress feeling the silky material that made up the dress before she placed it down back in the box then picked up the mask.

It was made of smooth silk and was Black in color. " Could you and charlie give me some privacy?" Amanda asked and Celine nods then turned towards Charlie.

" Come on boy let's go get you a treat," she said and whistled Charlie sprang up from off of the bed with an excited bark following behind Celine who gently closed the door.

Later

Amanda smooths down the front of the dress and then looked into the mirror. The dress fits her perfectly highlighting her curves, Looking closer she noticed it also matched her light blue eyes.

Amanda smooths down the dress one last time then walked towards her bed and took up the signed contract along with her mask then walked out of her room closing the door.

Celine sat down on the couch watching tv but as she heard the creak of the wooden staircase she turned around and was surprised.

" oh my God," Celine said looking at Amanda. " wait does it look bad ugh I knew this was a bad idea," she said worriedly. " Are you kidding me?! YOU LOOK AH AMAAZING!, seriously if we weren't related and I was a dude, I'd so bang you, ok that sounded way better in my head" Celine said.

Amanda chuckles " Uh Thanks for the compliment until it grossed me out," she said causing Celine to chuckle. " I'm serious cuz you look like one of those girls who's gorgeous but doesn't even know if you need to dress like this every day you're going to leave your date Speechless," Celine said.

Amanda placed her hands on her hips and gave a mock pout. " So you're trying to say I don't always look good," she said and Celine rolled her eyes.

" Oh bite me weirdo but seriously Amanda you look beautiful," she said Charlie looked up from his bowl of food and let out a bark seemingly agreeing with Celine's statement.

" see even Charlie thinks so too," she says causing Amanda to giggle looking at the clock on the wall she realized it was time to go. " Celine I'm going to be late see you later," she said rushing towards the door before she stopped hearing Celine calling out to her.

" Have fun Amanda don't do anything I wouldn't do" she said winking at her.Amanda smiled then walked out closing the door behind her

Amanda walked outside and saw one of the Bodyguards approaching her respectfully. " Good day Mrs smith I'm here to escort you to your vehicle please follow me," he said Amanda nods and walked towards one of the parked Rolls-Royce's. The chauffeur gives her a slight bow " Goodday Mam" he said opening the door for her, once she was inside he closed the door.

Then got in and started the car. Looking into the rearview mirror she saw the Bodyguards getting into the other car and began following them.

Noticing that the chauffeur was quiet and focusing on the road Amanda decided to keep quiet and look out at the city passing by through the window.

" Are you comfortable Mam? is there anything I can do to make your journey more pleasurable?" the Chauffeur asked Amanda. Amanda looked away from the window and looked at him.

" Could you roll down the windows a little bit?" she asked. " Right away Mam," he said and did what she asked. " Thank you," Amanda said and saw his eyes widen for a moment. " Ohh that's quite alright Mam no need to thank me I'm just doing my job," he said.

" No I mean it thank you," she said. " Your welcome Mam," he said as Amanda leaned back in the seat with a sigh then continued to gaze out the window. They drove through the city and then turned into a secluded neighborhood where they stopped at the gate protected by two bodyguards.

After speaking briefly with the guards they wave the cars through and they continued their journey and soon stopped in front of a Massive ultra- lux mansion that towers over them. Amanda gasped as she took in the Modern yet Elegant design of the mansion.

After the Chauffeur opened the door and Amanda stepped out of the car " enjoy the rest of your night Mam " the chauffeur said bowing then closed the door before he drives off.

Amanda walked up the path way but couldn't help but stop and began looking up at the towering glass mansion.

" Beautiful isn't it" she turned around and saw John walking towards her flanked by two more bodyguards.

" I'm glad you've arrived safely I trust your journey here was comfortable?" he asked her. " Yes it was thank you for asking" Amanda said and John gave her a charming smile. " It seems my employer was correct, you really do look marvelous in that dress" he complimented as she blushed.

" He's the one that picked out this dress for me?" she asked. John nods " Yes and he will be pleased to see you've chosen what he picked out for you" John said. " Please follow me He's expecting you" John said.

Amanda walked beside John as he leads here through the Hallways of the mansion, Amanda was surprised everything around screamed Luxury and prestige, from the paintings to the decor to the furniture to the marble columns all clear displays of this mysterious Employers immense wealth.

" Now before you meet him theirs a couple of things you must remember" John said stopping in front of the group causing everyone to stop in the hallway.

" Now here's what you need to know when addressing him you must address him Sir, don't look upon him without his permission when you do gaze upon him you must do it like so".

John demonstrates by keeping his gaze lowered to the floor then slowly raising his eyes to look at Amanda." now the most of all you must be respectable do you understand?" John asked to which Amanda nods.

" Excellent now let's be on our way" John said motioning that they can now continue with their journey. They all followed behind John through the twisting hallways of the mansion.

On the way Amanda spots a painting of a smiling Elegantly dressed middle-aged woman.she stopped and looked at the painting for a moment before she continues her journey.

They soon stopped in front of a set of oak double doors. " Here we are the Master's inside, this is as far as I can go do you have the contract?" John asked.

Amanda hands him a folded piece of paper and he takes it then nods. " Remember everything I've told you and you'll be fine" he said opening the door and let's her walk inside before he gently closes the door.

Amanda looked around at the lavishly decorated Bedroom. All the furniture was top of the line especially the bed that was large enough to hold six people at once.

Hearing the sound of a door opening she saw a strikingly handsome man with a towel wrapped around his waist walking out of the bathroom his curly black hair still wet from his shower. He walked into the room not noticing Amanda standing their while he continues drying his hair with another towel.

" Enjoying the show?" he asked turning around slowly and raised an eyebrow at Amanda for standing their while staring at him.

Remembering what John told her she immediately lowered her gaze to the ground checks turning crimson from embarrassment at being caught staring at his well sculpted body.

He let out a chuckle that caused her to blush more. " you've already seen me so it doesn't matter if you look down anymore" he chuckled again. " You may look at me" he said.

" Thank you sir" she said. she then slowly looked up at him her checks still red from embarrassment.

" Good girl".
