Chapter XXIV
As far as I wanted to spend my time to have fun for the few days here in Cebu, I can’t. Kaya tama nga talaga na sumang-ayon ako sa ideya ng mga kaibigan ko. At least, even though the time we had, been limited, the bond and the memories we made will last longer, for sure. Yun ang importante, memories.
I stretched my arms after I sent the file I was working on to my secretary. Since we spent our three days for leisure, heto kami ngayon, tambak sa trabaho.
“Sorry, dudes. Emergency e, pass muna ako.”
“Wow. Iba talaga e no?”
I’m not amused anymore on how Andrei refuses our offer. He got a call from their firm and was asked to handle a new case. Coincidentally, the hearing will be held here in the Philippines, since he can’t sign for a leave, dito na lang muna siya in-assi
