Chapter 46 - Trust
Gabriel POV The business trip was a total disaster, it should have been so simple. All I had to do was meet a contact of Zach’s with a quarter of the money we printed last week. He didn’t show and although we used Zach’s jet and a small airport our bags got taken and searched so we had to leave immediately without them before we were questioned. I’m sure it was a set up and that’s one fake name I can never use again. I could kill Zach for this. I head to my apartment in the city first to make some calls before heading home. Kristen is already suspicious after finding my passports so I don’t want her overhearing my conversation with Zach.
