Shadowy Shadow
My life is full of woes,
What I’m saying is not a joke.
Do you think that’s a lie?
If that’s the case, just go and die.
My agony belongs to me;
How can they say, it, “We can feel”?
I know it seems hard—
But “why are you standing steadfast?”
My nature is fully troubled,
“Yet your looks remain unburdened.”
Though I can bear my own pain,
You stand as if I have no brain.
My habits are to transgress,
And they leave you distressed.

The mirror of life is a bitter sight,
Eyes once sparkled with light,
Now are in search of endless night.
A whisper of desire, buried in ache,
The bright sun now hides its face.
The night that once used to shine,
Looks as dark as the deep mine.
The decisions we make, the paths we take,
Will lead us nowhere but to a lake.

My Happy Ending
I desire a happy ending for me.
What do I mean by a happy ending?
Money, health, wealth, relationships, friends, or satisfaction?
One half of me considers only the first five,
While the other half believes only in the last.
What I desire, what I need—
It’s a mystery even to me.
If I have health but no satisfaction?
If I have wealth but no satisfaction?
What if friends and relationships cannot give me satisfaction?
Then what do I need?
I want peace in every situation I encounter,
I desire satisfaction even in all pains, woes, and predicaments,
Even in happy moments, in health, in wealth, with friends, or in relationships.
I desire my soul to be satisfied in every circumstance,
I hope to leave this world with a satisfied smile,
And I believe this is the happy ending I desire!

Something about some things hurt sometimes.
Even if everything else feels fine,
Something about some things hurt sometimes,
A quiet storm no one can define,
Something about some things hurt sometimes.
But even if pain can soften with time,
Something about some things hurt sometimes.
Yet even if darkness learns to shine,
Something about some things hurt some times.
Wanted to reach for light but got an abyss,
Something about some things hurt some times.
you can't name it, can’t define,
Something about some things hurt some times.
At times you wonder, you'll never be fine,
Something about some things hurt some times.
