Our horse stopped in front of a cabin at the foot of the mountain,, just like Caspian told us. We left the horses tied up in the trees and decided to eat first before climbing up the mountain. It’s already noon, and the weather is blistering hot! It makes me want to drink some cold iced tea or milk tea. But there is no such thing as that here.
“You know what? Before we left the village, we should have taken a bath first,” Caleb complained, leaning against the tree behind him. We were eating lunch under the shade of a huge oak tree. We just finished all the food, just like what Caleb joked about in the village. I never knew we could finish it all. Well... I was starving, and all I ever ate the moment I woke up was a bowl of soup.
