To Claire, the best and the worst part of the new year was the fact that everything was exactly the same as last year.
She sighed as she made her way through the mountain of legal paperwork on her desk that had piled up over the holidays, eager to get some of it cleared away. Holidays or not, the clients of the law firm she worked at wanted to buy real estate no matter what time of year.
