Usually after visiting her extended family, Taylor needed a good shift to get rid of all her stress but surprisingly, she hadn"t felt too bad which was a good thing since she needed to drive Claire back to the city.
She dropped Claire off in front of her flat, feeling somewhat morose that the day had come to an end. She had enjoyed her company, more than expected, and Claire had been an absolute star in the way she dealt with her family and had even managed to impress her grandma.
"Again, thank you so much for coming with me." Taylor closed the car door once Claire was out but lingered instead of getting back into the driver"s side. "That was potentially the most fun I had at a family event. Ever."
