ey Royce, how have you been?” I asked as I got out of my car and headed towards him.
“Hey Jake, how are things going?” Royce asked.
“Great so far man. What brings you to our neck of the woods?” I asked.
“I needed to talk to Kent. We wanted to go over some of the security detail for when the resort opens.” He said.
“Oh yes, that’s important. We will be opening it soon and that’s a must. Alright, come on in. I’m sure that old man is around here somewhere.” I told him.
We turned and made our way inside. I quickly made my way into the kitchen then up the stairs to see if my dad was in his room.
“Mom, where’s Dad?” I asked.
“I don’t know. Have you tried the office?” she asked.
