To say that I was hurt was an understatement— and of course, not just because of Jerry's betrayal, but because the male I trusted so much could keep such information from me.
It hurts... really.
I entered his suite, but he wasn't there.
Of course, he should be attending to duties as the king.
And obviously forgot to tell his mate such information.
I paced in his room.
My hands crossed under my breasts, waiting...
You could say I wanted to put up a fight... but would it be crazy to say I wanted to do more?!

The sight of him almost made me trip... no.
