East Ava; a charming peaceful abode of various werewolves packs, lorded by the Brunt ruling bloodline.

East Ava is faced with a dark cloud which looms over their continued existence on the Eastern lands of the Ava mountain ranges.

A renewable ancient pact, formed at the peak of the Ava mountains over a thousand years ago returns to hunt them, this would change the life of Mia Brunt, a beautiful naive young daughter to the Alpha Lemuel Brunt of East Ava.

Lemuel Brunt by this ancient pact is tasked with the decision to let his only child be matched alongside 299 other females of Eastern Ava pureblood, to be mated in a moon ritual to the ruthless Vlad Unk, Alpha of of the Unk park of West Ava.

This ancient pact is rejected by the Brunts, automatically calling on war from the ruthless Vlad Unk of West Ava, who is rumored to possess mystical abilities because he is favored by the moon goddess.

This prompted Alpha Lemuel Brunt to seek help from the surrounding Alphas outside of East Ava who were brave enough to openly stand up to Alpha Vlad Unk, but the tension of mutiny in East Ava arises which could usurp Lemuel Brunt of East Ava, ultimately living East Ava and the beautiful Mia ready for the taking by the ruthless rival Alpha of West Ava.

But while the ruthless Alpha Vlad Unk schemes to kill his rival for not honoring the ancient pact, he fails to realize a dark horse who is his ultimate bane.

An evil letter from across the mountains
An ember of Passion glowed in their eyes as they caught their breath in between kisses, the woods are scantily lit by the moon up in the sky. He kissed down her neck with pure fire, and she scratched on his back, she laughed and shoved him off her, then in a twinkle of an eye she lipped and galloped on all fours into the woods. He smirked, in all fours he disappeared into the woods hunting after her love, following the trails her sweet pheromones let out. They growled, and then they laughed, all interchangeably as the moon watched them shape-shift at intervals. In one quick move he sprang and pinned her to the floor, the growl of passion could be heard across the mountains. They laughed trying to catch their breath, but he dove his tongue to the side of her neck, licking her saltiness. They had now become human, but their eyes burnt like heated amber in a forest fire, he yanked up her dress, but she tried to run. He had learned not to underestimate her strength, so he held her down as she collapsed on her belly, laying on the dirt as they howled with passion. *** "The party had started and Mia was nowhere in sight" Lyla worried, "have any of you seen Mia?" "I had checked in her room, but she isn't there Ma'am" one of the castle serf said. “Where could she be!? She's always fond of trying to miss big or important moments” Lyla placed her palms on her forehead, “please search for her, her father, the lord would not be pleased she isn't sitting beside him” *** Her balcony overlooked the garden, and it was calm and quiet. Mark walked her to the spot where she usually climbs down and back up to her room whenever they had an arranged tryst. “When are we going to see again? I long for you all the time” he inquired, picking little dried leafs and twigs from the trestles of her long beautiful hair. “I don't know Mark, we only had this chance because everyone was busy preparing for the party” They uniformly heaved a sigh. “Quick, help me get in, I'm sure they have realized my absence by now” He knelt and placed his both palms for her to step on. She climbed the vine that grew up her balcony, Mark was standing there looking at every direction where anyone could come in, her grip was strong on the balcony, and she let herself across it, then turned and blew a kiss at her lover. He blew a kiss back at her too. Soon he heard a couple of footsteps approaching. “Who are you and what are you doing here!?” The person realizing he was Mark, “Scar-child!? What in the name of the moon goddess are you doing out here!?” “I uh...” Mark stuttered, “A hare! A large one at that, it ran through this direction, and I was tracking it” The accoster sniffed, “there is no hare here, there's no animal with a fur Scar-child” He concluded looking up the balcony where Mia had climbed up her room and then looking back at Mark who let out a sheepish innocent smile. The music, primarily of violin chords serenaded the room as the already arrived guests which included both pure and unpure bloodlines chatted and drank the finest of grape wines in the Brunt castle. Soon Gareth lifted his glass and tapped a spoon to it to call the attention of the guests. Lord Brunt cleared his throat, “I'd like to make a toast” He began, “but I do not see my daughter around” He looked towards Lyla, his mate, “where's Mia?” Lyla's mouth hung open in a state of confusion, in a few seconds the twin large doors opened, taking every one unaware. “I'm here, father!” “But Mia, why did you arrive later than anyone?” Alpha Lemuel Brunt quizzed. The tiny single door which was on the other far end of the hall cricked open before going off its hinge and causing a large crash. “Scar-child!” Gareth called out in embarrassment. Mia cleared her throat which echoed in the hall and their attention returned to her; “Father I had prepared well on time for the party, but seeing the decorations were still on, I decided to rest a little, and that's how I fell deep asleep in my room” she concluded, faking a smile. Alpha Brunt turns his gaze to Lyla, “Is that right?” Lyla nodded a couple of times before responding in the affirmative. “Very well then” Alpha Brunt clears his throat, “come, come sit next to me Mia” He waits for Mia to adjust a seat reserved for her on his right side. Lyla casts a suspicious gaze towards Mark Scar-child, but he looks away. “I want to toast,” Alpha Brunt began, “to the moon goddess who directed and followed our ancestors who came to settle here over a thousand years ago. To the bountiful wine that overflows our cellars, to the enormous games that keep multiplying in our woods even though we most often go berserk on them” The guests howled this time. “And to my daughter Mia Brunt! Who's beauty grows each passing moon” They all applauded. Soon an audible dull horn could be heard blaring from the castle's courtyard., sending the merrying folks into a state of utter quietness. The younger ones wondered if it was what they thought it was, the older folks gulped and expected the worst for they wondered what good could come out from the Unk legendary horn of doom, written in ancient literature and texts, passed on as songs of dirges, cold ballads colder than death itself, for it was the poem no one wanted to read, it was the song no one wanted to sing, it was the dance everyone in and around the Ava mountain range and beyond didn't want to dance. Lord Brunt lowered his glass to the table, Mia could swear she saw her father's hands buckle for the first time ever, the ferocious Lemuel Brunt, one of the most feared Alphas in all the lands, perhaps she thought it wasn't real, maybe it played in her head like some sort of mirage. They all stood and looked towards the large twin doors, no one spoke a word, the ones who dared could only manage a whisper.
