"You have a guest" I walked as the double doors opened for me, seeing a lot of swords hanging in the walls as a design and showing its aesthetics in the surrounding, in the front was a large throne, and a fair skinned girl who is wearing black turtle neck and a gray wool high waist knee length skirt, black stockings that covers her skin, crossing her legs which shows her knee-high platform boots. She laid back from her throne and relaxed her back from sitting straight for long, she rested her chin using her left hand closing her eyes while her bluish black raven hair cover’s her other eye
"Who?"
"One of those men you asked, shall I let him in?" she slowly opened her eyes too far for me to see it, she nodded and agrees to let the guy in, and I began walking forward and stand on her right side of the throne, the princess touched the mouth of the glass of red wine, and lift it up. Staring blankly at the guy who was in front of us.
"Aldren is gone." my eyes widen a bit and turned my gaze at her, same as usual no reaction at all, she was still staring at the guy in front of us, I heard her sigh and puts her wine down beside me.
"You can leave now." the one who reported us left and someone else came, it’s the personal bodyguard of the highness. A tall fine man, walking towards us confidently, with his black hair perfectly styled.
"I have news for you."
"Maybe that's nonsense again, Jin." he immediately looked on where I stood, and his eyebrows meet.
"What do you think of me? Do you think I’m always fooling around?"
"Stop it” the princess said calmly at us and turned his eyes back to her highness, I keep on staring at him. "What is it about??"
"It’s about what you gave them" I immediately turn my gaze away as he was about to see me staring at him from here, I rolled my eyes at him and looked away. "Would you let me finish?"
"Excuse me? I didn’t do anything" I was confused on what he said, is he crazy?
"Both of you, stop?!" princess raised her voice at us, leaving an echo in the throne hall, on where we are right now. We both asked for a pardon at her and began being serious.
“The one who died was a fire user who is the one with aldren, his name was Tyson. Aldren is-“
“Alive and lived” we both turned our gazed to the princess when she said those words, I looked at Jin and still gave me that confused look and rolled my eyes at him.
“H-how did you know, your highness?” she got her wine and sipped a little and called me closer.
“Order an execution on the guy who came in before Jin.” She said on her cold voice which is the only thing I could hear, “He deserves death”
"You may go now, Jin” she said standing up, which shows her tall figure at us and got her black trench coat on the side of her arm chair in her throne, she looked at me seriously, and tilted her head a little to the left side.
“You know what to do."
ALDREN
It’s been a few weeks since I made that decision I am still in the hospital, it was also annoying and boring if you were just always lying here and watching tv, doing nothing. I turned off the tv and put the remote in the side drawer, I lay down properly to think about what would happen if my brother made a decision.
"You're awake" mom suddenly entered carrying in the room with her dark blue shoulder bag that she’s bringing "How are you here?"
"Just bored in bed" I said "I just saw nothing here but only doctors and nurses, taking care of me." Mom just smiled a little and seemed acting like something wrong.
"Mom, Is there anything wrong? You look bothered or something"
"Nothing, it’s just that-" mom was stuttering which she looks like she wanted to say something. "I already told Amanda"
"Really? What did she say?"
"I don't know, I just gave her a few days to make a decision" said mom “But still, I haven’t received anything”
"Have you talked to her now?"
"Not yet" she said "Aldren, do you think Amanda would agree with your decision?" she asked looking at me with her worried face, before I could answer mom’s question there was a knock on the door.
"Come in." two women came in wearing brown trench coats, one with long hair and the other with black hair color with shades of brown. "Amanda?"
"Sorry auntie, she didn’t want to be stopped" mom immediately stood up and approached Amanda and made her sit next to me.
"Amanda."
"Do you think I'll be okay; that I would be able to see while you can't?"
"What do you mean?"
"Aldren" Amanda’s tears started falling from her cheeks.“Promise me, that you won't leave me that when I wake up you are fine."
"Did you agree now?" I smiled and she smiled and nodded at me.
"She really took time for her decision; she really came here so she can say that to you personally." crystal crossed arms while smiling then she looked at us.
"Ma, have you schedule the."
"The doctor is here, he said that you guys should get ready." said Lance across the door.
"That was fast."
"Because it's been scheduled for a long time" Amanda was given a dress for the surgery by Lance and Crystal held it for her the nurse helped her out, before Amanda came out from the room, I called her and she stopped walking and turned around on where she heard me.
"What is it?" I just stared her face for the last time, of how beautiful she is, especially her kindness, I will miss seeing my sister face "Aldren?"
"Nothing, I was just looking at your face one last time.“ she smiled bitterly and I feel like crying.
"Promise me, I will see you after this."
"Promise." I am not good in making promises.
