I arrived at the dinner, and it was packed. Arching a brow, I spotted Vivian trying to juggle attending to two customers at once.
“Great you’re here,” Klein said from behind me, causing me to turn to face him. “Get changed and pick a table,” he instructed without bothering to listen to what I had to say.
I followed him, trying to catch up, nearly bumping into Gabby in the process.
“Geez, Ally, watch out!”
