I felt uneasy. I wasn’t entirely sure how to explain it, but for the first time ever, I found myself feeling unsafe in my own home. I was currently laying in bed, trying to tell myself that there was nothing going on and that it was all in my head, but I just couldn’t shake the feeling. No matter how many times I tossed and turned, I just couldn’t bring myself to sleep. I had reached the point where I was simply laying on my back and staring up at the ceiling.
