Everything was pitch black. My head felt heavy and then there was this unbearable pain as if a sledgehammer hit my head. I tried to opening my eyes but my head just sting a lot but I tried eventually I did. My eyes were burning! - “Mom! Samantha is awake!” - “Mom!” A pale looking woman with a small frame. Her hair seemed unkempt as if she did not had the time to brush it. There were plenty of grey hair here and there and worry lines were present around her temple. - “Where am I?” My head was so fuzzy that I could not focus so I just asked who she was as if I have never seen her in my entire life. - “I am your mom dear. M-O-M!” Mom? But why can't I recognize her. - “Mom? Who are you?” Because of my response, everyone's jaws dropped.
