The Fifth Dream Three years had passed since the trial of the Gods had been held in the capital. The Chief Judge was leaving his position and retiring, and, before doing so, he wanted to say goodbye to everyone. He gathered all those who had long been suffering under him. Among them was the one who he had left his position as Judge of the capital to, and who would only come to see him once or twice a year, when he had a reason to. He also invited people who remembered him for good reasons. This judge of the judges also recalled the rural judge who had been a leading figure in some of his great trials, and who he also had significant differences with.
