Imprisoned Desire

*** In a world where you physically can't hurt nor kill your soulmate, humanity was found uninformed about this particular subject, the world ran smoothly and without dangers. Slowly, the world's criminality gradually increased, exposing said peculiarity. This world soon fell askew, many believers built riots and set buildings on fire; they became absolutely insane as if worshiping some kind of god that would give them the path towards their loved one, while non-believers spread rumours that blamed the government for hiding such important information nevertheless scared to leave their homes. The believers formed their own force, though quite unorganized there didn't seem to be a leader. The government soon took action, sending their military force to stop the revolution but the believers were excellent orators, making most of the force join their side. Time passed, and as new generations arrived, they evolved as fearsome psychopaths that had no motive whatsoever but to kill. Soon, the revolution dissipated and a new government took over, though there was one main woman that remained standing since the revolution; her name was Diana Forbes, and she had a plan to continue the revolution, not for the sole motive of finding her soulmate because she knew very well she never cared for love, but to enjoy herself and see the world burn. She married a believer that was willing to continue the revolution with her, and she had 4 kids, Mathias Forbes, Kenia Forbes, and the twins Dante Forbes and Collem Forbes. Without an explanation, she tortured them and became a grim mother. Until one of them turned on her and became his own kind of monster for love. ***
