The Abandonment The grand ballroom was filled with the sound of music, the air filled with the sweet scents of roses..Laughters and merriments filled the room. Patiently waiting for him as minutes turned hours and he was nowhere to be found..she became troubled,series of thoughts popped into her head.. "Mia, where is Alpha Duke." Juddy asked looking confused "I don't know, I've scanned the room properly and he is nowhere to be found." Mia said with tears clouding her eyes. Juddy held her friend comforting her... "He'll be here let's give him some time I promise." Juddy said comforting her friend "I hope he is okay..i hope nothing bad has happened to him." Mia said as tears ran down her cheeks.. "This is suppose to be your big day, wipe your tears because he'll soon be here. " Juddy said.. The guests started noticing what was happening and they became worried asking Mia about Alpha Duke's whereabouts..The hall started becoming chaotic, whispers and chats enveloped the arena.... The door flunged open and the hall became quiet as Alpha Duke walked Majestically to the Altar.. Mia was very happy as she saw the love of her life coming towards her...Alpha Duke glanced at her and was about to make a speech. "Attention everybody, I have an important information to pass through." Alpha Duke said authoritatively Mia became confused.. Her heart pounding hard like though it wanted to fall out..Her legs shaking.. "I am sorry Mia but this wedding can not continue." Alpha Duke said glancing at Mia.. The room was filled with whispers..His words cutting through Mia like a sharp Knife.. "This marriage was just a deal..i never loved you." Alpha Duke said coldly.. Mia felt like a sharp object was in her heart piercing through it..she became speechless,feeling heartbroken and betrayed by the one she considered lover, as the one she considered lover saw their marriage as a deal after this whole years of being together.. She wished to end her life as the one she trusted with her heart betrayed and abandoned publicly in the eyes of people.... Mia feeling humiliated and couldn't withstand the glances from the fled from the scene, tears dropping from her eyes like raindrops...Her wedding dress trailing behind her...The guests left as there were disappointed of what they just witnessed... Juddy followed her friend,stoping her from doing something drastic.. Mia ran to the rooftop as she was ready to jump-off... "How could he do this to me."She screamed.. "How could he play with my heart for all this years." she added as she was about to jump off the cliff. A mighty hand dragged her back and Juddy rushed to hold her..She looked up to see who had saved her from death and she saw a stranger she had ever seen before.. His body was as strong as a rock..Tall and handsome and Powerful as the sun shone down on him..Juddy was also marveled of what she had seen.. "Are you okay?"he asked with a deep and soothing voice.. Mia who could not talk only nodded to his question.. "We need to talk, privately." Stranger said.. He glanced at Mia then Juddy Mia told her friend to excuse them assuring her that she'll be fine and would call her when she needs her.. Juddy wasn't pleased with what her friend requested but she respected her friend's decision... Juddy left leaving the two alone... "Who are you." Mia asked curiously.. "I am Lycan King Jude." He answered Mia still confused about him felt a connection and sense of familiarity and comfort with him..She didn't know why she felt that way but she was happy as she has found a confidant someone she could tell her problem to.. "I am Lycan King Jude.. The ruling King of Sun pack." He said ,feeling Mia's eyes scanning through him.. "Why were you about to commit suicide?." said Lycan King Jude As he was eager to know the reason for her action..The reason of wanting to end her life... "I can see you are about to get married." He said looking at her wedding dress. "Yes, today was supposed to be the happiest day of life but the person I called lover abandoned and humiliated me. " she replied as tears filled her eyes.. "He said our marriage was just a deal.. After this whole years of being with him." she continued "Alpha Duke humiliated and betrayed me..How could he do this to me..."Mia added.. Lycan King Lucas wiped her tears gently as she narrated her ordeal to him..She felt weak as she has cried her eyes out...lycan King Jude patted her,trying to comfort her..She could feel the warmth in his palms as he touched her.. Mia was determined to know more about herself and She wanted to go far from what she just experienced.. She took his hands allowing him to lead her away from pain and betrayal..Wanting to explore more and unveiling her true identity...
