Chapter 3.
A few years later.
"Honey, I'm going to work first." Bella kissed her little daughter on the forehead.
"Hurry home mom, I'm waiting for you." The little girl named Celine Smith smiled sweetly.
It had been 5 years since Bella decided to live in France. Since Asher chose to get engaged to another woman and did not want to take responsibility for her pregnancy Bella decided to sell her house and settle in France. Bella wants to forget all the past with Asher who hurt her. Luckily, Bella's life is now much better, she works in a restaurant, and her salary is enough to meet her needs and her little daughter. Bella rushed to work and left Celine with the nanny as usual.
"Bella, come to my office for a moment." The man named Lucas Stone ordered Bella that morning.
"Okay." Bella finished a little work and then hurried to Lucas' study.
Lucas Stone, a 35-year-old man, is the owner of the restaurant where Bella works.
"Excuse me," Bella knocked on the door and entered Luca's study, "What's calling me?"
"Sign, starting tomorrow you become the restaurant manager." Lucas handed Bella a document.
"Restaurant manager? Are you serious?"
"You think I'm joking?"
"But this-" Bella still looked surprised that Lucas had suddenly promoted her.
"Your performance is good, you deserve a promotion."
Bella was still staring at Lucas in disbelief.
"You don't want to? Well, I can give this position to someone else and-"
"I want to." Interrupted Bella, "I will, thank you." Bella smiled happily, she didn't expect Lucas to give her a promotion, "Then I'll get back to work."
"Wait, you don't want to treat me?"
"Treat you?"
"I want to be treated to a meal."
"Okay, I'll treat you to dinner but I can't treat you to an expensive restaurant."
"Okay, no problem."
Bella smiled and hurried out of Lucas' room. After work, the two went to a restaurant and enjoyed dinner together.
"This is for Celine." Lucas handed her a teddy bear.
"It's so cute, Celine will love it. Thank you."
"Can I ask you something?"
"Ask what?"
"Where is Celine's father? Is he here?"
Bella was silent, "I think I should go home soon, Celine is waiting for me."
Lucas let out a disappointed sigh. Again Bella changed the subject and never wanted to talk about her personal life.

"Are you leaving tomorrow?" Mr. Jackson asked Asher in between their dinners.
"Yes, I'm going."
Tomorrow Asher planned to go to France to expand his business there. The next day Asher left for France at the airport where his assistant was waiting to take him to his apartment. On the way, Asher passed a city park.
"Stop," Asher ordered his assistant who was driving.
The man named Asthon immediately stopped his vehicle.
"Wait here for a moment, I want to take a short walk."
Asher got out of his car, the beautiful and lively-looking city park made him want to take a short walk.
"What's with that little girl?" Asher's eyes fell on a little girl who was crying alone, "Hi, why are you crying? Where are your parents?" Asher tried to approach the little girl.
"I lost my nanny." The 5-year-old girl replied.
"Nanny? Alright, I'll help you find your nanny." Seeing that the little girl continued to cry and was confused Asher immediately picked her up and helped find her nanny.
Asher wandered around for a while but he didn't find the nanny.
"That's my nanny." The little girl pointed to a woman not far from them.
"Celine." The 30-year-old woman smiled with relief after the confusion of searching for the suddenly missing Celine.
"Aunt Sally." Celine smiled.
"Celine, where have you been? I almost died of confusion looking for you."
"It seems like this little girl got separated from you, I saw her crying alone," Asher explained.
"Thank you for helping Celine." The woman named Sally immediately took Celine from Asher's arms, "Celine?!" Sally suddenly panicked at the sight of Celine who suddenly drooped unconscious.
"Her body temperature is so hot." Asher held Celine's forehead.
"I need to take her to the hospital immediately, help me."
"Alright, I'll take you to the hospital."
Asher immediately went to his car and took Celine to the hospital. While Celine was in the hands of the medical staff, Sally rushed to contact Bella.
"What? Celine's in the hospital?" Bella immediately panicked at the news from Sally, "I'm going to the hospital right away." Bella ended her call.
"What's wrong?" Lucas approached Bella who looked panicked.
"Sally called that Celine is sick and is now in the hospital. I have to go to the hospital right away."
"Wait." Lucas grabbed Bella's arm who was about to leave, "I'll take you."
The two of them rushed to the hospital, along the way Lucas tried to calm Bella who looked panicked.
"Sally." Upon arrival at the hospital Bella immediately approached Sally, "How is my daughter?"
"She's getting better. Celine has been moved to the inpatient room."
Bella smiled with relief.
"In the garden, Celine was separated from me and suddenly Celine fainted but this man helped and took Celine to the hospital." Sally pointed to Asher who was standing not far from them.
Bella looked back, "Thank you, you've -"
Bella's words stopped her face immediately looked surprised to see the man standing in front of her. Likewise with Asher who also looked surprised when their eyes met.
"I need to go to the toilet." Bella hurried to the toilet.
Inside the toilet Bella repeatedly washed her face in the sink, "I must be dreaming." Bella patted her cheeks lightly, hoping that what she saw was just a hallucination, "How could he reappear in front of me?"
Bella sighed, tried to calm herself down, and then came out of the toilet.
"Arabella."
Bella turned around and saw Asher who was already standing behind her.
"This is not a dream." Asher looked at Bella in disbelief.
"Go away."
"Bella wait." Asher held Bella's arm.
"Our business is done!" Bella brushed him off.
"Our business is not done, is Celine my daughter?"
"That's none of your business!" Bella looked at Asher hatefully.
"Of course, it's my business because I'm still her father!"
"Bella."
Both turned to see Lucas who approached them.
"Honey." Bella smiled and embraced Lucas tightly, "Introducing, this is my husband."
"Your husband?"
