Cameron stumbled and bumbled out of bed, seemingly oblivious to his surroundings. He did not care to check the time, and the fact that he would most likely be tardy to class did not worry him in the least. The door to Lily's room was slightly ajar, and there was no one there to make the bed. When he thought about the damage he had done to her, he found himself caught in a sea of misery. He promptly took out his phone, typed an apology into the text message app on it, and claimed that he just wanted to talk to her. After that, he heard a ding coming from her room, which told him that the message had been delivered.
