Flatline.
That was when I knew.
Selena was dead.
I jumped out of my bed to go comfort my sister. She was sitting at the edge of Selena's bed, stroking her pale face. I wrapped my arms around her tightly to comfort her, yet Camz just wriggled out of my warming embrace. I tried again, yet she just pushed me away. I realized that she didn't want to be comforted in that moment, so I tried to be useful and get a doctor.
Before I could even make it out of the room, a team of doctors swarmed in the room, and swarmed out again moments later with Selena's body.
