I was really happy that the audition went well. For the first time in a really long time, I had actually felt some sort of happiness, and the feeling of happiness just made me feel even happier. I felt almost like I was flying high in the sky with not a single care in the world.
"Ally, what's going on with you today?" Normani asked me after school as we chatted outside while waiting for Dinah. "I don't know," I shrugged happily.
