So Clifford thought over it for some minutes and was able to read a meaning into what the Queen had said. "Well, you may be right, he needs us close to him at this point." He concurred with the words of Queen Kate. "But how do I break it to them?"
"Do not think about the manner in which you are to reveal this to your brothers, all you need to do is to sermon courage and air it out to them the way it was told to you." Queen Kate said. "I shall send for their return to the palace today." She added.
While she spoke, the soldier who was sent to call the royal physician entered the throne room together with a man of average age, as they both saluted. "My lady." Then the man continued. "You sent for me to meet you in the throne room and here I am. Hope all is well?"
