Athena's P.O.V.
Throughout the entire battle with the rogue wolves, I kept a steady eye on Callan. Something is going on with him right now, that doesn't completely make sense to me. Every time I look at him, it's like the Callan I know isn't even present, just one of his counterparts. Of course, my witch or wolf swoon every time I lay eyes on him, depending on whether his eyes are neon green or flaming violet. Something is off with him, though. We're travelling the dark tunnels of the mine now, and even though I can see perfectly fine with Celeste's wolf eyes, I decide to let Iris take a little bit of control instead. Vampires can definitely see a lot better in the dark, this I've quickly come to learn. Their sense of smell and speed is a lot more heightened as well. A vampire's
